"If you're looking for a nice, friendly, unexpensive place to stay in Naples, Hostel Mancini is the spot. Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around. The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included. The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do. All in all, great location, great service and great staff."

"It was a wonderful stay! Great location near all the important points of interest (bus, train, metro, airport bus, old town, etc.)... but don't arrive by car – parking is limited and expensive. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and there was always someone available to help. A great city guide was also provided as a PDF! After check-in, we were able to store our luggage until our flight, giving us complete freedom and flexibility until the very last minute. Highly recommended!"

"We were very happy with the room. It is very spacious and perfect for us as a couple. We didn't use the kitchen much, but I think it's fine for breakfast or a snack. What we found difficult was that there was no reception on site. Everything was handled via WhatsApp. When we checked in, we didn't have the information we needed to get to the hotel. After several messages and calls, we finally received instructions. On our last day, we wanted to leave our luggage at the hotel, but unfortunately, our contact person didn't reply until a few minutes before checkout, so we had already left the hotel with our suitcases. Despite this, communication was very friendly and we were reachable, just not as quickly as if there had been a receptionist on site. What bothered us in the morning was the noise. A cleaning lady always came in the morning and started cleaning, which woke us up."
