"臨時來蕪湖有事，找了個離學校近的，也是離學校對麪價格相對最高的一個，環境倒還好，但是房間隔音很差，旁邊房間洗澡説話抽水馬桶聽的一清二楚，而且因為是在商圈，所以比較吵。 如果不介意隔音的話，短途出行一兩天住住也行，房間裝修還行。 其次酒店前台和打掃也感覺比較敷衍，因為我是晚上23:00左右入住的，第二天下午出門的時候正好碰到保潔阿姨，和阿姨説打掃一下房間，晚上回來的時候房間還是原樣沒收拾。 退房的時候發現有一大半包洗臉巾在洗手枱沒拿走，再打電話問，説是不知去向可能被阿姨當垃圾扔掉了，很搞笑但也無所謂了hhh"

"As someone who travels frequently for work, my stay at Atour Hotel this time deserves full marks. The location is convenient, saving time and effort whether catching a train or going out. The front desk service was also incredibly thoughtful; upon arrival, they proactively offered warm tea and patiently explained the hotel facilities and local travel tips. The room was very clean and tidy, with good soundproofing, ensuring a good night's sleep. The most delightful surprise was the hidden service! Working late into the night, I inquired about late-night snacks and was surprised to find complimentary congee and white fungus soup. The laundry room on the first floor was fully equipped, offering free drying after washing, and the staff proactively helped pack and return the clothes to my room – no hassle at all. The breakfast was plentiful, including regular dishes and local specialties, all in generous portions. Upon departure, there was a thoughtful gift bag, and a hotel shuttle service to the station was provided. This trip was made exceptionally comfortable by this hotel, and it's now on my must-stay list. I'll definitely be back!"

When I went in to visit, the front desk lady was super enthusiastic, poured hot tea for me, sent black gold foil (super delicious, not embarrassed to link [shy]), and also sent a bottle of warm water, as warm as entertaining friends! This time my friend came to me and decisively booked this one for them. The front desk lady actually remembers me! After checking in, I also sent fruit with a robot. The room is also very advanced, there is a smart voice ”Hello Huazhu” wake up, and the mouth can control the air conditioner and curtains. It is a lazy gospel [screaming teeth]. "This winter break, I took my two kids on a two-week road trip, passing through three provinces. We stayed in eight hotels in total, including a five-star hotel in Jingdezhen and a guesthouse in Dajueshan. The kids and we parents all agreed that this was the best hotel. It wasn't the most expensive, but it was the most comfortable. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and attentive, offering the kids lots of snacks and welcome fruit. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was comfortable. The laundry room was spacious, new, and fully equipped. To prevent boredom while waiting, they even provided a pool table and ping-pong table next to the laundry room, and thoughtfully placed plenty of bottled water – it was a really warm touch. They even offered a complimentary late-night bowl of noodles. There was also a rooftop garden that the kids loved, and food delivery robots brought food directly to the room. Everything was fantastic, so we decided to extend our stay for another night. I highly recommend it!"
