"We were very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. Despite paying over PHP 4,000 per night, the level of service was far below expectations. One of the biggest issues was the leaking toilet bowl in our room, which caused significant inconvenience and raised concerns about the hotel's cleanliness and maintenance standards. To make matters worse, we also encountered cockroaches in the room. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved promptly, and since there was no staff available to assist us at the time, we ended up cleaning the water and mess on the floor ourselves after using the toilet. In addition, guests are required to dispose of all their trash in a designated area after their stay. This is unusual and unacceptable for a hotel charging this price range. Proper housekeeping and waste disposal should be part of the service that guests are paying for Overall, the facilities and service did not match the hotel's rating or price point. We hope management takes these issues seriously and takes steps to improve the guest experience."

"I like the stay here! Its close to grand canal. The bldg just connected to the entrance. And clean. 24hrs security on the entrance of the condo. 24 hrs reception."

"The unit was spacious, clean, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was beautiful, and the location is perfect. Just a short walk to High Street. Highly recommend!"

"The room was clean and spacious. The unit owner was also very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. Clear check-in instructions were provided, so our check-in process went smoothly. The location is a huge plus! It is literally beside and directly connected to Venice Grand Canal Mall. I highly recommend this place to pet owners who love bringing their fur babies along on staycations. There were only two downsides. First, the air conditioner wasn’t as cold as we expected, although that may have been due to the summer heat. Second, guests were required to gather all their trash and dispose of it in a designated area of the condo basement. Perhaps the cleaning staff could handle this instead, provided that guests properly dispose of their trash in the designated bins inside the unit. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely book again!"

"Wifi is not available. And assistance is also not available. I sent a message to the contact person sent to my email. When I informed her of our arrival, she acknowledged. But when I am already asking for assistance on the internet or wifi connectivity which is very essential for our stay, no response and no assistance was provided. We can't also connect with the internet for the Smart TV. The air-conditioning of the room is not also properly working which causes additional discomfort, though electric fan was provided to support the airdondition. These are just the areas that needs improvement to make the P3000 plus payment."

"The host was very responsive and considerate. The cards of one of the board games were accidentally thrown out when we cleaned the unit, and the host was transparent enough to let me know how much will be deducted from the deposit. I wish the unit can be more child-friendly especially when they accept families. Though everything were aesthetically organized, it could be better if the full length mirror is fixed to avoid accidents, and if the windows have lock for child safety. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay!"
