"Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally report a safety concern regarding the slippery condition of the toilet/shower area. While I was showering, I slipped and fell because the floor was extremely slippery. During the fall, I hit the back-left side of my head against the lower part of the wall, while my right elbow supported my fall. I experienced pain in my head and mild pain in my right elbow following the incident. Fortunately, I did not lose consciousness or experience confusion, but I am concerned about the potential seriousness of the injury and the safety risk posed by the slippery floor. I would appreciate it if you could urgently inspect the shower/toilet area and take appropriate measures to prevent another person from experiencing a similar accident. This may include improving the flooring, installing non-slip mats or strips, and ensuring that the area is maintained in a safe condition. I would also appreciate confirmation that this matter has been received and will be addressed. Thank you for your prompt attention to this safety concern. Sincerely, Lora Echavez Abasolo 27th September at 1015hrs Venice Luxe Cozy unit #14H Fiorenzo lobby"
