"The hotel maintained high standards of cleanliness, and check-in was completed efficiently within the scheduled timeframe. The front desk personnel and staff demonstrated professionalism and courtesy throughout our stay. Overall, we were satisfied with our experience and intend to return. Complimentary parking is available, and the property offers convenient access to nearby shopping malls and markets. On-site dining options, including food and dessert selections, were satisfactory. The pool area was well-maintained, contributing to an enjoyable stay. We appreciate the hospitality provided."

"We normally stay at this hotel for family staycation. However, this time, it was a bit disappointing. There were a lot of things that really made our stay not enjoyable. 1. Construction noise - no one informed us about the construction. Previously, front desk would inform about it upon check in and they also left a note in our room. But now, nothing. And as a person who works at night, i normally sleep in the morning til afternoon but we were disturbed by the construction noise. 2. Plates, utensils - if you want to borrow 1 set of playe, bowl & utensils, you have to pay Php150 per set, which is so unbelievable! Your room rates aren't cheap & you can't even allow your guests to borrow plates, spoons & fork, which are usually necessity when staying in a hotel. So we just went to the nearby Lawson & bouth 10pcs of plates, spoons, forks & cups for only Php80! 3. Parking- they said 1 room has an alloted 1 parking space but when we had to park, no more available space. You should prioritize your check in guests! And how come the parking is already full when you kept saying you alloted 1 parking space per room. 4. Missing chair- in the pictures, you will see 2 chairs but when we entered the room, there's only 1. 5. Old furniture- their sofa bed is squeekingly old, you can't sleep bec every move, the sofa bed will create noise. Not worth it anymore. Their only redemptions are the king bed, free chocolates & nuts & nespresso coffee."

"The area around the hotel is very beautiful and quiet. The room was clean, but a bit small. There's no bottled water in the room; you have to buy it yourself. However, for the price, it's a good choice!"

"I booked, then extended my stay at Seda during a long business trip - an amazing hotel right in the middle of the heart of the city. Very easy to get to anywhere, super helpful staff. If you need to work while travelling there is a good workstation in the (premier) room. Internet can be a bit stop/start but hook up to 5G on your phone and you're good. Beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast buffer is varied and very tasty. The Rooftop outdoor bar is extremely pleasant for an evenings unwind. My room attendant (Aries) was extremely helpful, polite and efficient - thank you for making the stay comfortable young sir! The only thing I would ask management is they reconsider their points system ... I booked trhough Trip.com, and *will do so again* - why? ... because it is *considerably* cheaper than buying direct on the Seda hotel website. I weighed up the pros/cons of getting access to the club lounge area, but everything taken into consideration the additional direct booking surcharge wasn't worth it. Compare this to other hotels who are either on-par price-wise, or very slightly above, but! ... offer a valuable add-on that makes it worth going to book direct with the hotel. Again, wonderful hotel, great experience, but book through trip.com or another affiliate service as its cheaper."

"I extended my stay for many days over the May Day holiday. I always come to this hotel whenever I'm in the Philippines. It's quite close to the airport, and most importantly, it's clean. The bed isn't saggy either. However, being close to the road, there's constant noise from tricycles and cars all day long. The Wi-Fi needs significant improvement; it frequently disconnects, and the signal coverage is definitely inadequate!"

"Hotel is pretty standard. Very near MITSUKOSHI, but streets in Kalayaan are not walkable. They could have mention some rooms do not have windows. Checking out takes so much time (5-8 minutes) to check the room. You need to pay 1000 php security deposit."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Thompson Suites BGC (Uptown Parksuites). The unit was clean, modern, and thoughtfully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is excellent—right in Uptown BGC, close to malls, restaurants, and conveniences, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was professional and responsive, which gave us peace of mind. The amenities provided, including Wi-Fi and kitchen essentials, were reliable and made our stay more convenient. We did encounter a small challenge with Netflix, but after reporting it, assistance was promptly given and we were able to use it without issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Thompson Suites to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place in BGC. We’d be happy to book again in the future."
