Amazing
âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸âď¸ Such a Great Stay! Had an awesome time at Shangri-La The Fort! The room was super comfy and had an amazing view. Everything was clean, modern, and felt really high-end without being over the top. Staff were all so friendly and helpfulâeveryone made us feel welcome right away. The location is perfect too, right in BGC, so it's easy to walk to great restaurants, shops, and bars. Definitely recommend trying the breakfast buffet (so good!), and the gym and pool are hugeâway better than most hotels. Totally worth it. Would 100% stay here again!

Stayed at this hotel with my family and everything was great. But when we went to the rooftop restaurant, we were told that we were not allowed to wear slippers. The overall cost performance is not as high as Hotel Okura

Check in was very smooth and all the staffs (John and Rose) were so kind and lovely. They welcomed me warmheartedly and provided good service. The room is very clean and well organized. It made my first visit in Philippine impressive and great. I'll definitely stay here again if I have chance to visit Manila next time. Thank you so much.

Best hotel experience in the Philippines!!! All of the WeChat communication was handled with care and precision. Water was plenty, tissues and towels was provided upon requests and use of swimming pool was great! They also give us breakfast in our door every morning. 5 star experience!

My family booked 3 rooms for our stay to celebrate the New Year Countdown in BGC. It was a last minute booking but I could say that it was actually worth it. Pros: âNear Market Market, 5 mins ride if using grab/indrive and 5 mins jeepney ride from Market Market and another 5 mins walk from Buting to the hotel( as it was new years eve booking a ride takes time so we opted to ride a jeepney) âComplimentaries are complete, from toiletries to coffee â Wifi is working very fine â The hotel staff are very easy to talk to, as there was no refrigerator in our rooms the staffs accomodate our ice to be put in their refrigerator. â The rooms are very clean and the airconditioning is very cold â The hotel location is near in a convenience store(7/11) and a grocery(Dali). They are also near a very good biryani chicken, ice cream and coffee shop. It may be located near residentials but it felt calm and the neighborhood is actually clean Cons âDo not expect for a astonishing view as it was in a residential area, which we actually didn't mind cause we are only staying for a night â Our room is to small to eat in one room for 7 people, (but the staff actually recommend their breakfast area downstairs to be use if we want to) â One room we booked has a smelly feet smell Overall the cons didn't affect our stay, and it was a very good stay, i am definitely recommending it.

The hotel delivers what it promises. The fresh-smelling bedding, well-functioning air conditioning, and excellent shower stood out. I appreciated the convenient desk for studying and plenty of power outlets. Staying on the upper floors minimized noise from the city, making for a peaceful stay. The location and price are great, especially being near uptown mall

The room is nice, cozy, spacious, and clean, and the reception staff are friendly. The only problem is that the shower isnât working. Hopefully, it gets fixed soon because overall, the hotel room is recommended.
