Had an awesome time at Shangri-La The Fort! The room was super comfy and had an amazing view. Everything was clean, modern, and felt really high-end without being over the top.
Staff were all so friendly and helpfulâeveryone made us feel welcome right away. The location is perfect too, right in BGC, so it's easy to walk to great restaurants, shops, and bars.
Definitely recommend trying the breakfast buffet (so good!), and the gym and pool are hugeâway better than most hotels.
Totally worth it. Would 100% stay here again!

GGuest UserGreat experience during our wedding anniversary celebration with 2 of our kids. The hotel is very clean, very organised and well-furnished. The room is big and has washing-drying machine and induction cooker. Suitable for short and long stay duration. Conveniently located near parks, malls, movie houses and restaurants. The staffs are very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet has great choices and the restaurant staffs entertained us so well and they gifted us with cake for our anniversary.

YYoominMy stay at Grand Hyatt was exceptional. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained. Staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Highly recommended!

CChrissy YThe description of the apartment is incorrect and misleading information provided. We were being advised âIf you wish the 3 br I suggest cancelling the reservation and rebooking and book the Standard Family Suiteeâ which we did and it turned out that the third bedroom that we have is a utility room,, with a washing machine and just a ventilation fan in the roomwith no windows and very small, and it mentioned 2 futon beds which was wrong. Instead there was a bunk bed. The room was stuffy, smelly, no air condition. We ended up renting another room for the third person as the utility room is not liveable. It will be good if it is fully indicated that the third room is in such bad condition in the description instead of putting misleading information. Very dissappointed with it as it doesn't match what mentioned though the service of the staff are good, very helpful, but still not able to do anything. The other 2 rooms are normal and up to our expectations.

GGuest UserPROS: Nice location, great set of amenities, responsive host. Room is clean and well stocked (shampoo, body wash, etc). Nice view. AC is fucntioning well. Electronic door lock.
CONS: [1] No washing machine (not recommended for longer stays). Laundromat downstairs is slow as hell (will take 3 days just for a kilo of laundry. [2] living room Tv is not working, no TV on the bedrooms. [3] not the fault of the owner but the condo building itself is in bad condition, dark hallways, slow elevators and moldy damp parking floors (smells foul). [4] No electric socket for induction cooker and other appliances.
SUGGESTIONS: [1] please add washing machine as an amenity for longer term stays. [2] provide extension cord/outlet in the kitchen area for guest to use the provided appliances. [3] replace the bright roll-up curtains to blackout curtains to block sunlight, particularly helpful for late day sleepers.

AAnonymous UserThe location is really good. It is in a commercial place and near to everything like convenient stores, fast food restaurants and small eateries . The room is really clean and the fragrant of the room is really relaxing. The shower room and the toilet are separate. The staff are really accommodating and are always smiling. The drinking water is refillable.

GGuest UserUpgrade to a one-bedroom and one-living room suite for free. The apartment room has a washing machine, and the clothes can be dried overnight. Equipped with simple kitchen utensils, you can cook simple meals. It's just that the air conditioner is too noisy, so you need to choose carefully for those who have high requirements for the sleeping environment.

GGuest UserWe had an amazing stay at Avant Serviced Suites. The studio room we stayed at had all the facilities we need as a family with an infant. The room was clean, the lobby was well-lit, the location was perfect if you want to be close to the BGC High Street. The staffs were also warm and helpful. We will surely go back!

AAnonymous UserThe room is very spacious and nice. The only complaint I have is that the lobby reception is not dealing with this property, it seems like they have their own admin contactable through WhatsApp. So when a person showed up to take deposit from me, I was a little worried that I will never get it back. They are also quite slow to reply messages, you need to call them.
But other than the administration part, everything else was great. It is also very close to the Venice Grand Canal Mall.
