"The room facilities of the homestay are quite new, the bedding is also good, the house is simple, the room is decorated with flowers, small and warm. The soundproofing of the house is average, and the soundproofing of the hotel in Vietnam is not good. The first night of the homestay overbooked, we booked two rooms but the homestay reserved one. The little brother at the front desk was very nice and willing to refund us for one night, but their boss had to say that he was willing to arrange a bigger room for me. The result was the room opposite the front desk. I became the doorkeeper of the whole building. I think the noise is noisy and I said no to my little brother. His boss had to make this money. We didn't bother to accept it. The key store owner said: ”The room I gave you is bigger than the one you booked”, as if we took advantage of him. Especially uncomfortable. The room that was prepared temporarily, there were no flowers or hair dryers, and it was guarded at the door of the building. It was very noisy at night and in the morning. The little brother at the front desk service was very good, and he also sent Jasmine tea to apologize, but their boss was a bit mercenary and didn't like it. Services are reduced because of their boss."

"The administrator was good. However, the room description stated 'window facing the courtyard.' I understood there wouldn't be a view, but I didn't expect it to be a window facing pipes. The entire hotel strongly smelled of sewage, or perhaps cockroach repellent. There was also a strong moldy smell. It was impossible to stay in the room. I think I even got sick from this strong odor; I felt unwell for the rest of the day. We checked out immediately in the morning and canceled the remaining two days. The hotel refunded the money."

"Car Parking at the hotel is really inconvenient. You have to leave it at a parking lot quite far from the hotel and ride a motorbike back to the hotel. Then when you need to get the car again, you have to ride the motorbike back out to the parking lot."

"Совершенно очаровательный отель в горах Далата. Тихо, красиво, спокойно, удобно, чисто. Но добирались туда на байке, пешком долго наверное. Рядом много интересных локаций и огромная статуя Будды! В пяти минутах езды оживленная улица с едальнями, кофейнями и магазинчиками. Нам очень понравилось! Отель совсем новый и хозяева - молодая пара. Он неплохо говорит на русском и несколько раз был в Москве. Все вопросы быстро решались с заботой и душой Обязательно вернемся, когда потеплеет. Огромное спасибо за чудесные весенние выходные!"

"The hotel is new, so everything looks pretty decent. Breakfast is an acquired taste; the only European options are omelets or fried eggs. There seems to be a wide selection, but it's hard to find something appealing, and there aren't many fruits. The hotel's location is good, close to the lake, night market, and restaurants. Soundproofing, like in all hotels in Vietnam, isn't great. You can hear all the noise from the corridor and the road."

"On my first day, I checked into the best suite at this hotel. The kitchen had a leak, but the staff immediately took care of it, and their attitude was excellent. Overall, the environment was pretty good, and it offered great value for money. However, when showering, the drain in the bathroom was very slow, causing the entire bathroom floor to flood, and my feet were completely submerged. Also, Da Lat has significant temperature swings between day and night, and none of the rooms have air conditioning. It was truly freezing at night, and the duvet wasn't enough to keep warm. The elevator space is tiny; two people and two suitcases crammed it full. At one point, I left some belongings in the hotel lobby. I tried calling the hotel countless times using the number on the room card but couldn't reach the front desk. Every call went to the hotel management, and it took contacting about 5 or 6 different people to finally get through to a front desk staff member. Their communication attitude was very good, though. For breakfast, there's only one option: chicken pho and coffee. I stayed at this hotel for four days and had chicken pho for breakfast every single day, which honestly almost made me gag, haha. It might be a new hotel, so there are many areas for improvement. There are plenty of food and drink options around the hotel. It's located in the city center, making it very convenient to get anywhere. All in all, I'd still recommend it, especially considering the price."

"I just had a very pleasant stay at Almira. The room is clean, fragrant, cozy design in true Dalat style. The location is quiet but moving to the center is very convenient. The host is extremely cute, quick and enthusiastic support. Full facilities, good room temperature, strong hot water, very comfortable bed."
