"Great views for a reasonable price. They provide coffee and tea refills every morning. The bathroom was very clean and well-equipped with all the essentials like toothbrushes, shower caps, and a hairdryer – 10/10! There's a cute white dog and two adorable black dogs too! If you love Tuyen Lam Lake as much as I do, I highly recommend booking a stay here. My two-night trip was absolutely worth it and fantastic. (Wishing the hotel continued excellent service and many valued guests!)"

"This hotel is amazing in every way ❤️ Great location, magnificent views, and friendly staff who are always happy to help with anything you need 🥰 The room itself is spacious, stylishly decorated, and clean, with a comfortable bed and a view that's out of this world 🚀 The breakfasts are decent, but not a typical European spread. "We stayed at this hotel for one night and chose the largest room for a couple – the executive room. The hotel's location is excellent, and the staff are friendly. However, for a room of this caliber, it was very old. The plumbing and floors were dirty, and the bed linen had stains. The room desperately needs renovation and a deep clean. We understand that cleanliness standards in Asia can be different, but this was genuinely unpleasant. You could clearly hear people using the toilet in the next room, and from 4 AM onwards, there were various noises that made it impossible to sleep – construction, barking dogs, and car horns. On top of that, groups of locals were walking around late at night, trying to take pictures at the nearby attraction. The only positive is the location. If you want to get a good night's sleep, choose another hotel."

"Our stay here is amazing. I love the location of the hotel. Near the Cathedral, Night Market and a lot of restaurants within the hotel. I love their hotel also as it has an elevator, parking in the basement (for motorcycle rental) and very friendly staffs. The room is neat and clean and I love how big the window is."

"I stayed for 3 nights from Jan 21st to 24th. On the day I checked in, I thought I had lost 700,000 Vietnamese Dong somewhere between Ho Chi Minh City and the hotel, and had completely forgotten about it. However, later the reception desk handed me an envelope containing 700,000 Dong, saying it was money I had dropped during check-in. Thanks to them, I was able to use it for my travel expenses, which was great. Thank you!"

"I'm happy with the hotel location but its safety is questionable. Firstly, there is only one lift which can be accessed from the garage unit next to the main entrance, which means anyone can just get to the lift without passing by the front desk. The lift also does not require door card so safety is a concern especially for solo travellers. It is easy to climb into the next unit's balcony, not only that, the room card also has the room number labelled on it which is also an unsafe practice... Not sure if other hotels in the area are also like this though"

"Good atmosphere , gpod room., the bathub together witb a jaccuzi. Their area is large : neat and tidy arrangement.They also provide a schedule transfer bus from city centor ＜-＞ resort ."

"Check in was relatively fuss free although we arrived very late. The welcome drink seems to be self-service, we drank some the next day. You can ask for extra room cards. The buffet was quite good, everyday they make an effort to change up the menu although there are some staples for popular dishes. There is an egg station and a pho station. I appreciate the soya milk at the cereal station and the detox water and atiso tea at the drinks station. Yoghurt with fruits are a daily pick for myself. The salads change daily and are very fresh, I liked it. The hotel is very new, the beds very comfortable and it was interesting that they provided a bolster. The room is big and comfortable, I liked that the floor is not carpeted. They provided rubber slippers. There is free coffee and artichoke tea packets. The hot water at the shower is instantaneous and the water pressure is good. I liked that there is a rain shower. The dustbin in the toilet doesn't open up very well, but not much of an issue. Cleanliness can be improved in terms of picking up hairs, thee was a clump stuck behind the toilet door from before our stay. The cleaner also missed hairs on the chair and stains on the floor but I suspect those maybe cannot be removed. I didn't mind that much. The only negative point of the room was rhe sound of traffic, but I brought ear plugs. The staff was helpful and spoke good English, except for cleaning staff. I loved the driver servixe when we booked the one day service. It was for 1.4 mil for 8 hrs. I also used the gym, it is small but has weights, treadmill, a few multi purpose machines and cycling machines. Blinds can be drawn, the sun is quite strong in the morning. In terms of location, it is about 1 km from the lake. Normally I would say the location ia good, except that the traffic is quite scary when the pavements are not built well and there are motorbikes and buses parked on the pavements which makes it very challenging to walk to places. This is the same for a lot of places we visited. Even for a short distance we called a Grab. There was a decent pho place opposite and to the right of thr hotel and two vegetarian restaurants which we dined at. There was also a massage place nearby. We didn't use the hotel spa or dine at the restaurant although they gave us vouchers. It was more expensive in comparison."
