It’s amazing and totally worth the money! *Great Location: Super convenient! It’s surrounded by tons of places to eat, and you can easily walk to Da Lat Market and the Hoa Binh area. No need to worry about traffic or catching a taxi. *Super New Rooms: I checked in just 2 days after their opening, so everything was untouched and sparkling clean! The furniture and amenities are modern and high-quality. Definitely book the room with the bathtub—it’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. *Nice Little Details: The balcony has an automatic watering system, and there are 3 elevators so you never have to wait long. The fire safety system feels very professional and safe. Also, for those riding motorbikes, the parking basement slope is gentle and super easy to drive down. *Amazing Staff: The service here is top-notch. "The best hotel ever for under 500k! If you dream of a lakeside cabin, this is a fairy tale. The air, the atmosphere, the dogs, the views – it's all incredible. If you have the chance to stay here for a long time, take it. We ordered delivery from Grab with beautiful views. It's a place to recharge, relax, and connect with nature. Or, you can just watch TV with a forest view; YouTube works great. The husky is adorable! Special thanks for the massage chair, and for piano lovers, there's one here too. If the price goes above 500k, the downsides become more noticeable: the road, the length of the drive, and the food. The pool in the yard is more of a dog's water bowl; it's dirty. The windows in the room are so clear you could walk right into them, so be careful! 💖"

"A truly memorable stay at The Mist Boutique Hotel Dalat! 🌿 The hotel has a beautiful and clean space, ideal for a relaxing getaway in Da Lat. What impressed me most was the delicious and diverse breakfast, which was very thoughtfully prepared. In particular, the staff were super enthusiastic, friendly, and welcoming, always assisting guests with a very pleasant attitude, making me feel as comfortable as if I were at home. "The room is above average in size, spacious, and the bathroom is large. That's about where the positives end. Housekeeping is poor: the bathroom and walls are covered in dust, streaks, and traces of renovations, creating a feeling of dirt and neglect. The shower concept itself is odd—there's no partition, so water flies everywhere during a shower. We saw this in the photos and were prepared, but in practice, it's inconvenient. The hallways are complete chaos—no one monitors the noise. On our floor, children were regularly screaming from morning until evening, as if some kind of event or party was taking place. The noise interfered with sleep and rest, and the staff didn't respond. There's also a constant pungent smell of incense in the hallway, sometimes reaching a burning odor that even permeated the bathroom—unpleasant. The breakfasts are mediocre: there's practically nothing to choose from, no proper nutritious food, and no meat dishes. It's only suitable for a light snack. The Wi-Fi is decent and reliable. There's on-site parking, but it's inconvenient; the gym is small but has decent equipment—overall, it's above average compared to other hotels; the location is inconvenient, with virtually no other decent establishments nearby, mostly low-rated places, making it difficult to find anything decent nearby."

"- The reception/housekeeping staff were all friendly and enthusiastic. Currently, there are a few things the hotel needs to improve, namely: 1/ The bed and mattress are not fixed in place; the mattress frequently slips off the bed because the bed surface is too slippery and cannot be secured. 2/ Some of the furnishings didn't match the room's design, such as the toilet floor and shower area having the same (checkered) tile pattern, which could easily cause you to stumble and fall unexpectedly if you weren't paying attention. The fan had Chinese labels and didn't match the room's design. There was no iron or hairdryer, the towels were stained, the bedsheets had holes, the toilet door didn't close properly, the peephole on the door wasn't secure and was installed upside down (allowing people to see inside), and there was a lot of trash (cigarette butts, cotton swabs) outside the window. 3/ The main walkway was blocked due to road construction, and the staff didn't direct us to another route. We had to stand there for a while before someone from a nearby hotel directed us to a detour. 4/ Soundproofing wasn't very good."

"My experience at this resort was absolutely terrible and completely ruined my recent trip to Da Lat. I had specifically booked a room with a garden or courtyard view, clearly stated on the website, but ended up with a room overlooking the gym. It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but I was constantly disturbed by the noise from people working out early in the morning, their laughter and chatter waking me up. Moreover, every time I opened the curtains, I'd catch the eyes of people at the gym looking into my room, which made me feel watched and completely lacked privacy. I ended up having to keep the curtains closed throughout my entire stay. The front desk staff told me at check-in that I was getting a complimentary room upgrade for a better experience, but honestly, this room was a huge downgrade. Is this what they call an upgrade? The hotel's promotional photos are glamorous, but they hide these undesirable aspects that only guests who actually stay there discover."

"The location is fantastic, really close to the city center, which made it super convenient for walks and exploring the lakeside. It was clean and hygienic, and the front desk staff were very helpful. Excellent value for money! If you're in Da Lat, you absolutely have to check out the coffee shops!
