AAnonymous UserWe had a very comfortable stay in Da Lat Eco Hotel. The front desk staff was very kind and friendly. He helped us check in early. There were two properties at the hotel and we stayed in Eco 2. The room was spacious with a tiny balcony that was connected to the room next to ours. We didn't use the balcony a lot because the property acrossed the street was renovating and there were dust. The facilities that comes with the room were good, though I'd suggest the hotel to change the sheets and linens because there were old stains on them. I personally liked the hotel location. It was a little far away from the night market, but it was close to the Crazy House and Dinh Bao Dai. For taxi, I'd suggest using Lado that could easily take you to the city center and the train station. Also there was a restaurant opposite to the hotel that served chicken. We didn't try it but there was always a line from the local people. I would especially like to thank the front desk staff. Days before we arrived, we received a message reminding that there might be noise due to the New Year (our stay was great even with some noises). When we were there, they kindly offer us free bananas, candy, artichoke tea, and coffee. You can also buy the tea and coffe from the staff directly. Highly recommend the artichoke tea! It's Da Lat specialty and must-try and it tastes amazing. I never thought that artichoke could be made into tea!

GGuest UserVery friendly service throughout the hotel staff, especially the front desk, Ms Thuy & Ms Doan. I love the 30-minute voucher for the spa service, Ms Suong and Ms Nhi were the best choice for their foot massage technique。 We highly recommend this hotel for its location and service.

I was ready for everything. But I really wanted to see the forest.
When I checked in, I realized how people overestimate themselves.
The hotel is very beautiful! You can feel the level. And for a very affordable price. A beautiful garden, forest and view of the lake. The room is simply royal. Beautiful furniture, lots of mirrors, a chic bathroom.
Excellent breakfast buffet. Meatballs, bacon and sausages, my favorite bo kho, lots of Asian dishes, porridge, fresh and stewed vegetables. Everything is delicious. Not overcooked, not oversalted.
I read in the reviews that someone did not have enough cheese and a variety of pastries ... for such a price you should not get them.
The girl at the reception gave me a room of a higher class upon check-in, which pleasantly surprised me.
The place is perfect for relaxation. Nearby are all the popular places of Dalat - a waterfall, a lavender field, a clay city and a beautiful lake.
If you are traveling in summer, take warm clothes. It is cool outside in the evening.

GGuest UserI arrived at the hotel before 6 AM because my bus arrived early, and the gate was closed. As soon as I contacted them via WhatsApp, they responded immediately and even allowed me to freshen up. Although the official check-in time is 2 PM, they kindly let me check in at 12 PM.
Both receptionists were extremely polite and helpful. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. There are plenty of food options within a 5-minute walk, and the hotel is only 10–15 minutes from Xuan Huong Lake and the night market.
Overall, an excellent stay—I would definitely choose this place again when I return to Dalat!

Room is clean & tidy, but small (no chair, one has to use the bed as chair for the table).
Toilet is clean, tidy & quite spacious. However, one of the holder of toilet bowl lid is broken.
Facilities inside room: water boiling kettle, wifi, TV (no channel & no remote control), hot shower, toiletries like liquid soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, ear cotton buds, shaver, standing fan, slippers, etc. No hair hairdryer.
Nice comfortable bed & pillows.
Complementary 2 bottled water, 2 sachets of coffee & 2 tea bags per day.
Cafes & restaurants nearby.
Safe area.
Only complaint: as most hotel in Vietnam, the door & wall of the room are quite thin, & if there is noise from the walkway outside the room, it can be heard very clearly from the room (noise from other hotel guests or room cleaner in the morning).
The cleaner will shout from room to room in the morning asking for room cleaning service & this will disturb sleeping guests. When there is no answer, the cleaner will assume that there is no guests inside the room & will open the door using the masterkey. This is not the correct way to do the daily room cleaning service! The management of the hotel should buy tags (request for room-cleaning or do-not-disturb tag) that can be hanged on door knobs as done in many hotels.
