"My experience at this resort was absolutely terrible and completely ruined my recent trip to Da Lat. I had specifically booked a room with a garden or courtyard view, clearly stated on the website, but ended up with a room overlooking the gym. It was supposed to be a relaxing getaway, but I was constantly disturbed by the noise from people working out early in the morning, their laughter and chatter waking me up. Moreover, every time I opened the curtains, I'd catch the eyes of people at the gym looking into my room, which made me feel watched and completely lacked privacy. I ended up having to keep the curtains closed throughout my entire stay. The front desk staff told me at check-in that I was getting a complimentary room upgrade for a better experience, but honestly, this room was a huge downgrade. Is this what they call an upgrade? The hotel's promotional photos are glamorous, but they hide these undesirable aspects that only guests who actually stay there discover."

"If you're expecting a true 5-star hotel experience, you might be slightly disappointed. They really need to improve in order to live up to a 5-star standard. A child had scribbled on the wall with pencil, and no one had cleaned it off. There were drill holes in the bathroom wall, the shampoo was not refilled enough, there was no body lotion provided, and the refrigerator was completely empty. Our room was right next to an unfinished construction area of the hotel. The balcony was dusty and connected to other rooms, which did not feel very safe or private. Our motorbike was parked in the basement in the guest parking area, but it was frequently moved to another spot. I also tried to find the complimentary sauna, but it was only available to spa customers. I was satisfied with the breakfast selection, which was varied and suited our taste, especially the Pho. The dining area was very crowded during peak morning hours. Our table was taken by someone else while we went to get food. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not very professional; they were somewhat sparing with their words and smiles. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here, and the hotel prepared a small gift for us, which I truly appreciated. The location is quite convenient, close to the city center. There is a park with many beautiful flowers right in front of the hotel."

"Had a wonderful stay at this new hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and offer a great view. A special shoutout to the hotel staff, who are incredibly helpful and always eager to assist. In particular, Quyen at the reception was fantastic—she checked in on us daily via the hotel's WhatsApp to ensure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. A quick tip: When booking a Grab, drivers can easily miss the entrance slope. If you are getting picked up and your driver seems lost, just ask the front desk—the staff are more than happy to call them and guide them to the lobby. Similarly, when returning to the hotel, keep an eye out and be sure to alert your driver as you approach so they don't drive past the entrance."

"Absolutely loved it! Brand new hotel with the friendliest staff! If you are looking for a place to stay in Da Lat, just book this hotel (at 11 Phan Nhu Thach). It’s amazing and totally worth the money! *Great Location: Super convenient! It’s surrounded by tons of places to eat, and you can easily walk to Da Lat Market and the Hoa Binh area. No need to worry about traffic or catching a taxi. *Super New Rooms: I checked in just 2 days after their opening, so everything was untouched and sparkling clean! The furniture and amenities are modern and high-quality. Definitely book the room with the bathtub—it’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking. *Nice Little Details: The balcony has an automatic watering system, and there are 3 elevators so you never have to wait long. The fire safety system feels very professional and safe. Also, for those riding motorbikes, the parking basement slope is gentle and super easy to drive down. *Amazing Staff: The service here is top-notch. Everyone—from the luggage guard and parking staff to the housekeepers—is polite and always greets you with a warm smile. "I really liked this hotel! It's large, new, and offers excellent service. Security guards greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking. Hot ginger tea is offered at reception upon check-in, a very nice touch. The hotel and rooms have a pleasant aroma. The room is spacious and bright, everything is clean and new. The bed is huge and comfortable, with crisp white linens and towels. It's clear that every detail has been thought through. The breakfasts are excellent, with a wide selection to suit every taste. There are also several cafes and restaurants within the hotel building, and the prices are quite affordable. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant, and it was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I'd also like to highlight the excellent value for money – for the price, this hotel is simply excellent. We received much more than we expected. We hope the hotel continues to maintain such a high level of service; we will definitely be back."

"I have to commend the service at this hotel; it was incredibly heartwarming throughout my entire stay. From the moment I was guided in to checking in, every staff member was enthusiastic, friendly, and provided meticulous and thoughtful service. The room decor was very well-considered, with excellent natural light and ventilation. The hardware facilities were meticulously maintained; the air conditioning, lighting, and electrical appliances all worked perfectly. The public areas were clean and elegant, and the lounge areas were comfortable. During my stay, all my daily needs were promptly addressed, and their professionalism was evident in every detail. The accommodation environment was quiet and pleasant, completely undisturbed by external noise, making for an exceptionally comfortable stay. It was a very enjoyable experience."

Our room was spacious, incredibly cozy, and beautiful, all crafted from wood. The bathroom and fixtures were perfect. The electronic toilet was super convenient, and the shower was lovely. The bed was ideal – large and fluffy. Definitely get a room with a balcony; you'll adore it! 🩷 Upon arrival, we were greeted with a complimentary delicious cake and fresh fruit. The staff were very attentive, and the housekeeping was top-notch. If you stay here, you'll never regret it. A hotel like this, with such beauty and quality, is a rare find. You won't want to leave afterward; it's just too comfortable. The thermal rooms and sauna are so beautiful, meticulously designed to ensure a wonderful retreat. Breakfast is à la carte, and the barista makes excellent coffee. And the pastries, oh, they're divine – you absolutely have to try them. There's no exaggeration in my review. Even the gentleman who greeted us was wonderful; he helped with our luggage and was very attentive, showing us to our room. Everyone here smiles and is genuinely happy to see you. The mini-bar even stocked rare and delicious imported beer. Renaissance-era paintings are everywhere. The entire hotel's design will surely captivate you. "We stayed for 2 nights. It's clear the hotel was once very luxurious when it was built, but unfortunately, it's rapidly falling into disrepair and its condition isn't being maintained. We had a suite with a lake view. The room was large and nice, with a big wardrobe and even an electric fireplace. However, due to humidity, the furniture was swollen, the room was damp, and the toilet smelled of sewage. The cleaning quality was poor. Breakfast was average, there wasn't even a coffee machine. We paid extra for a boat ride, which we enjoyed – it was meditative and atmospheric. We also visited the hotel's mini-zoo. We felt really sorry for the animals – skinny camels, goats crammed in large numbers into a small enclosure, and ostriches with plucked wings. One of the ostriches was carrying a girl on its back; it clearly didn't like it and was very agitated, eventually throwing her off backward at speed, right into a fence. The animals' condition was very sad. The grounds are pleasant, with lots of greenery. There's construction on the opposite bank, apparently a new hotel, with many cabins under scaffolding. This, unfortunately, spoils the whole view. The attitude towards guests was excellent. Twice, a staff member came to help me, once to catch a grasshopper and another time a huge spider in the room. They respond to every request and try their best to help with everything. Overall, we liked everything, except for the dirt, dampness, and an endless number of insects in the room."
