*Great Location: Super convenient! It’s surrounded by tons of places to eat, and you can easily walk to Da Lat Market and the Hoa Binh area. No need to worry about traffic or catching a taxi.
*Super New Rooms: I checked in just 2 days after their opening, so everything was untouched and sparkling clean! The furniture and amenities are modern and high-quality. Definitely book the room with the bathtub—it’s perfect for relaxing after a long day of walking.
*Nice Little Details: The balcony has an automatic watering system, and there are 3 elevators so you never have to wait long. The fire safety system feels very professional and safe. Also, for those riding motorbikes, the parking basement slope is gentle and super easy to drive down.
*Amazing Staff: The service here is top-notch. Everyone—from the luggage guard and parking staff to the housekeepers—is polite and always greets you with a warm smile.
Big thanks to the front desk team who were incredibly cheerful and welcoming from check-in until the moment we got into our car to leave. Special shout-out to Mr. Tu for being so helpful and sweet!

Uu77u77Still covered, the room is very good, the service staff is very good, the location is a bit biased, to go to another building for breakfast, from the basement to cross, the whole road is dark, it feels a bit scary, and I can't find the light to turn on.
The breakfast seems to be diverse, and there is a lot of room for improvement in taste and dishes, which is a pity. There are two buildings, called grab will not be clear in that building, and I should not live here next time.

ZZandadarI really liked this hotel! It's large, new, and offers excellent service. Security guards greet guests upon arrival and assist with parking. Hot ginger tea is offered at reception upon check-in, a very nice touch. The hotel and rooms have a pleasant aroma. The room is spacious and bright, everything is clean and new. The bed is huge and comfortable, with crisp white linens and towels. It's clear that every detail has been thought through. The breakfasts are excellent, with a wide selection to suit every taste. There are also several cafes and restaurants within the hotel building, and the prices are quite affordable. We had dinner at the Japanese restaurant, and it was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. I'd also like to highlight the excellent value for money – for the price, this hotel is simply excellent. We received much more than we expected. We hope the hotel continues to maintain such a high level of service; we will definitely be back.

GGuest UserNo lift so if travel with big and heavy luggage, need to highlight this to them.. At night, the lights at the villa's common area were too dim especially the staircase. Should just add some sensor light. A friendly suggestion that you should place a concierge counter and staff near the entrance. Upon arrival, I have to carry my own luggage up the staircase to the lobby to check in. After that, they only brought my luggage to the buggy and left behind my backpack at the lobby. Besides, it will be more welcoming if someone greeted us upon arrival. But there's no one there. Luckily the scent of lily at the lobby makes it up. Breakfast was good. Environment was beautiful. Bed and pillows are comfy. Meeting the international chain standard. The food at Chinese restaurant next to the hotel is decent but not very authentic.

GGuest UserPersonally, I feel that there is no air conditioning. It is very hot and stuffy in the evening. Although there is an old fan, it cannot improve the stuffy situation.
The aerial landscape vegetable garden on the seventh floor is highly recommended. You can order a cup of coffee and enjoy the beautiful scenery. It’s great!

EEvgeniia Che.The hotel is new, so everything looks pretty decent. Breakfast is an acquired taste; the only European options are omelets or fried eggs. There seems to be a wide selection, but it's hard to find something appealing, and there aren't many fruits.
The hotel's location is good, close to the lake, night market, and restaurants.
Soundproofing, like in all hotels in Vietnam, isn't great. You can hear all the noise from the corridor and the road.
