MIMARU properties in Osaka

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was fairly convenient. Staying there for four days felt like being back home. The kitchenette was fully equipped with pots, pans, and dishes, and they even thoughtfully provided napkins. There were plenty of clothes hangers and laundry detergent. Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Osaka.

Overall, my stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and tidy with plenty of natural light, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff's service attitude was friendly and polite, which made me feel quite relaxed. However, it would be even better if the provision of drinking water could be more considerate: * **Water dispensers on each floor:** It would be both environmentally friendly and thoughtful if public water dispensers were placed in the common areas on each floor, allowing guests to refill their water bottles at any time. * **Better bottled water in the room:** Alternatively, providing better bottled water in the room would also be appreciated.

we were staying with a 16 months old baby，the room is spacious and baby-proof with all the essentials. It’s one minute away from the Crysta Subway (accessible with escalators), and just 10min-walk from central Shinsaibashi.  It’s also located in a safe neighbourhood, with no nightclubs around.  would definitely stay again

We booked two rooms for a one-night stay in Osaka with our family of four adults and three kids. The rooms were spotless and thoughtfully designed, with separate shower, sink, and toilet areas—a huge plus for getting everyone ready efficiently. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and the hotel provided a handy QR code with local activity and restaurant recommendations, plus rainy-day ideas. They even offered free on-site activities like origami, which was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!

Great location and service! Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. My kids love it and said it’s the best place we have stayed at in Japan! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone out there!!

Clean rooms, suitable for a family. Hotel is well Located with friendly staff and near enough to walk to shopping, eating and tourist streets. Challenge was to locate the correct Miramu hotel and there are so many of them, all close enough to be mistaken for each other when searching on Maps. We followed our maps back to the wrong Miramu hotel, more than once! Big plus is that they have laundry (washing machine/dryer) facilities on site which is a godsend when travelling as a family.
