"the room was really clean & aircon was good (able to adjust and actually works when u adjust - not central aircon), housekeeping was done everyday (as long as u place the housekeeping sign on the door) and was up to standards! room was super cosy and even had windows where u could look at the outside! provided many hangers as well (at least 5) and many types of towels! first floor also had many amenities (toothbrush, toothpick, extra towels, shaver etc.) which u could take for free and there was also a vending machine where u could buy drinks / ice cream. there is also a weighing machine for ur luggage if u need! staff were all really friendly and helpful, can help to store luggage before / after check-in and they were all really patient with every request / inquiries i had"

"Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, with all daily necessities provided in the room, so there's no need to buy extra or bring your own. Each floor has self-service washing machines with both washing and drying functions, which is very convenient. Just prepare one-yen coins, or you can exchange them at the front desk. Hygiene: The hygiene is excellent, very clean overall. If you need your room cleaned, you need to put the cleaning sign on the door before 2 PM; otherwise, it won't be cleaned. Environment: The environment is superb, right in the city center, very close to Shinsaibashi and Umeda commercial districts, just one subway stop away. The subway is the Midosuji Line (red line), and it's about a 700m walk from the hotel. It's also quiet despite being in a bustling area. The hotel surroundings are very peaceful, with a 7-Eleven and a coffee shop right outside, and many restaurants and cafes nearby. Service: The service is great, and the staff are all very nice."

"I was very impressed with my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent it’s only about a 200m walk straight from Exit 3 of the K Line station, making it very convenient to reach From the hotel, you can even enjoy a beautiful view of the tower , which was a lovely bonus The location is also perfect for getting around. If you want to visit Namba, it’s just one stop away on the K Line (to K16), so travelling around the city is quick and easy😊 There are also plenty of restaurants and food options nearby, so finding something to eat was never a problem. The staffs were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. The room was clean and well equipped with all the amenities I needed. Everything felt quite new, and I was very comfortable during my stay I actually wanted to extend my stay for another night, but unfortunately the hotel was already fully booked. That says a lot about how popular it is! I will definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to visit in the future. Thank you for making my stay such a wonderful experience🙏😊"

"The hotel is located right in front of Dotonbori Street, but it's not a noisy area. There are convenience stores like Lawson and 7-Eleven nearby. It's about a 15-minute walk (1km) from Namba Station, which is manageable when coming from the airport. The bathroom was clean. Free breakfast includes bread, drinks, and coffee. The coffee was absolutely delicious! Amenities are self-service on the first floor. You need to request new towels daily. Room cleaning is done once every three nights. The room itself is small, but having experienced even smaller rooms before, this size was acceptable."

"This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was spotless, with no unpleasant odors, and the bedding was so soft I slept incredibly well. The bathroom was clean and sparkling. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick, and the staff were friendly and patient, responding promptly to any requests. The soundproofing was great; it was very quiet at night, allowing for a fantastic rest. For the price, the value for money is outstanding. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely book here again for my next trip!"

"Location: If you're coming from Kansai Airport, taking the Nankai Rapid Express to Namba and then dragging your luggage to the hotel is a bit of a trek, about 1km I'd say? I heard taking the bus is better. But the hotel's location is absolutely fantastic. Just 100 meters outside, you're in the busiest area of Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Every day after exploring, you can just step downstairs and enjoy all sorts of delicious food. Room: The room isn't huge, but I could half-open my 28-inch suitcase. Although it's a bit older, it's very clean! The only issue is that the curtains don't block out the light completely, so I was woken up by the sunlight in the morning. I should have worn an eye mask. Breakfast: It's alright, enough to fill you up. If you're rushing out to explore every day, it's worth booking. The restaurant isn't very big and can get crowded sometimes. A big plus is that children under 12 eat for free! Service: My room was right opposite the linen room, but I stayed for 3 nights and didn't hear a single sound from the staff, which was impressive! I couldn't use WeChat Pay for the washing machine, so I called the front desk to complain. To my surprise, a staff member proactively came to my room to help me operate it. When it still didn't work, they went back and forth to help me resolve the issue. Surroundings: Many reviews mentioned the red-light district at night. I also brought my 12-year-old daughter, and we came back very late every night, but we found it to be fine. This area is very lively; there are still many people out and about at midnight. You can find places like a century-old oden stand and the popular white chicken broth ramen, as well as convenience stores and Don Quijote. I'm very satisfied! Downside: There are too few washing machines."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right near many popular attractions, and there are tons of dining options, from trendy spots to budget-friendly restaurants. It was clean and tidy, no complaints there. My only issue was the check-in time, which is super late at 5:00 PM – probably the latest in all of Japan. I had an overnight flight, landed at 8:00 AM, and had to tough it out until 5:00 PM to check in. My eyes were bloodshot while I was out exploring, and I even dozed off for 20 minutes at an attraction. They wouldn't let me check in early either. I really hope they can optimize the check-in time to be a bit more reasonable and guest-friendly!"

"The room has all the ingredients - single and non-one shoes, pijama-kimono, razor blades, watt sticks, hairdresser etc. all you can imagine. The hotel is quiet, the neighbors are not heard. Staff is friendly and responsive. 10 minutes walk from the Castle Hotel in Osaka with a park, very beautiful. Of course the room is small but it is a feature of many rooms in Japan"

"Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your hotel for two days and overall had a comfortable experience. However, I unfortunately lost a valuable item (a necklace) during my stay. I am writing this because I had some difficulty communicating smoothly with the hotel staff regarding this matter. On the evening of the 20th, I placed my necklace on the desk and did not wear it while touring on the 21st. Thinking my companion had packed it, I only realized it was missing after checking out, and I contacted the hotel immediately. When I called, the hotel simply stated that they checked and found nothing, without offering to contact me if it is found later. If the hotel finds the lost item later, please contact me via email. 호텔을 사용하며 불편함은 없었습니다만 2일 동안 호텔을 사용하며 귀중품(목걸이)를 분실했습니다. 호텔 측과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 글을 남깁니다. 20일 저녁에 책상에 목걸이를 올려두었고 착용하지 않고 21일에 관광지를 돌아다녔습니다. 일행이 목걸이를 챙겼다고 생각하여 체크아웃 이후 챙기지 않은 사실을 알게되어 바로 호텔에 연락했습니다. 호텔 측에서는 확인해본다고 하고 확인해본 결과 없다는 답변 뿐 찾게 되면 따로 연락 준다는 이야기는 받지 못했습니다. 만약 호텔측에서 분실물을 습득하면 제 이메일로 연락주시길 바랍니다. 감사합니다."
