The room was very spacious with modern amenities like an air purifier, water dispenser, electric curtains, and a smart toilet. My family especially loved the Japanese-style tatami mats. Downstairs, there's a good selection of restaurants and entertainment, and you can access them freely with your room card. The front desk service was excellent. The parking lot was quite busy during the day but became very empty after 7 PM. Breakfast was complimentary and had a good variety. Overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Had a really good stay at here. Service was great, especially want to mention a tall male staff who helped me check in on the morning of 12 April 26. He assisted me for last visited as well, and both times the process was smooth and fast. He was friendly, patient,and professional. Also want to give a collective shoutout to all the staff and the whole team. Everyone was friendly and helpful, appreciate the overall service. The room was clean and comfortable. Location is quite convenient with food options nearby. Overall, a solid stay. Would definitely come back again.

Stayed at this hotel some time ago and the experience was great! The reception was warm and thoughtful, and the check-in was fast and smooth. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I could sleep until dawn. The bathroom is fully equipped and the hot water supply is stable. The breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The location is very good, the surrounding transportation is convenient, shopping and dining are convenient. Highly recommended to everyone!

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk service was great. Especially the young lady who was on the night shift that day because she opened the window during the day and forgot to close it, she entered a mosquito at night. Plus, the quality of my sleep was too bad. I couldn’t sleep. I couldn’t call the front desk lady. Most of the phone calls At night, we also sent us electric mosquito coil liquid and disposable earplugs. The preparation is too complete. Like it! The overall environment of the hotel is also very good!

The hotel has a very strong smell of cigar smoke. It is annoying. The staff does not speak English but they try to help a lot. The girls from the reception are very nice, specially the ones that stay at night . The cleaning cheat is also very sweet. The hotel does not seem to be very new, but with some renovated parts. It is ok. The room is large, very comfy beds, bathroom is ok (despite old). Breakfast is Chinese. They only have iogurt, bread and eggs. That was difficult to me. The location is ok in Cixi, but not much to do around, just very local Baja and general shops.

I can't remember how many times I've been here, because I like it very much. The service is very attentive and friendly. This time I upgraded to an executive smart room. Xiaodu is very dedicated, haha. What I like most is the hotel's breakfast, which is very rich. Chinese stomachs love it. There are basically all kinds of noodles, rice cakes, porridge, tofu pudding, and rice cakes. Western food also has various breads, cheeses, salads, and stir-fried dishes. The taste is also very good. Just for this breakfast, I have to stay here next time, haha

We stayed for one night with our kids and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast buffet was great—fresh, tasty, and with plenty of variety for both adults and little ones. The outdoor hot springs were set in a beautiful, peaceful location, perfect for relaxing. The indoor pool was huge. We also received amazing service throughout our stay—staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back to this hotel!

This was my second stay at this hotel. Xiao Xue at the front desk has an excellent memory and her service remains incredibly attentive and thoughtful. Even before I had checked in this time, she proactively sent a message and kindly arranged my room in advance. She also prepared a welcome fruit platter for the room. The service was incredibly heartwarming, making me truly feel at home. Seeing that I had luggage, she took the initiative to arrange for a concierge colleague to help take my bags to the room. When checking out, she also pre-arranged for a concierge to come to my room and assist with my luggage. The experience was excellent, and I'd like to express my sincere gratitude. When I come back to Hangzhou Bay New Area for business in the future, I will definitely choose this Century Golden Resources hotel again.
