The ambiance is fantastic. This newly opened Ji Hotel (version 5.0) boasts excellent surroundings and service. Breakfast was also delicious, offering a wide variety of options including salads, main courses, fruits, steamed dishes, and stir-fries. The front desk staff demonstrated just the right level of professionalism and cordiality. The male staff member who showed me the rooms was also incredibly polite, patiently guiding me through three different room types suitable for a solo traveler, allowing me to make my selection. Throughout my extended stay, I was consistently impressed by the staff's exceptional attention to detail and attentive service. For example, there were times I'd forget my clothes in the 3rd-floor washing machine, and the staff would even go out of their way to dry them and place them in a laundry basket. In conclusion, I was extremely satisfied with this stay. I would certainly choose this Ji Hotel again given the opportunity.

The hotel is good overall, with convenient parking, large rooms, and good service. The front desk guy gave us free breakfast. When there was a problem with the TV in the room, someone was called to fix it immediately and upgraded the room. The room was large, the bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the air conditioning was sufficient. It felt warm instantly on rainy days. It is a few kilometers away from the city center, and it is very cost-effective to drive here.

The community house is very quiet, with complete facilities and powerful air conditioning. It is more comfortable than a hotel. It has a living room and kitchen.

Living on the top of the mountain is a great experience! After the tourists in the scenic spot have dispersed, they enjoy the beauty of the entire mountain top and see the sunset and sunrise. The whole process of Yidaochang is very patient and meticulous, and the chat is very pleasant. He took us to the palace at night and made a vivid and interesting explanation. The quality of sleep is also very good, I haven't slept for a long time with such a good quality. There is also a hidden advantage to live here: burn head incense! Just in time for the day is fifteen, and I went to burn head incense at six o'clock in the morning. A bowl of hot noodles for breakfast, Yidaochang also made coffee, and it was very pleasant to drink coffee with the wind on the top of the mountain. A very unforgettable and very happy journey, highly recommended to stay (live on the top of the mountain has the unique advantage of the top of the mountain, if you are pursuing the standard of a five-star hotel, just... don't want it and want it:)

I came to Nanjing on a business trip and searched for a hotel near my client. The price/performance ratio is very high. The hotel room is very refreshing and the decoration materials are very good. Moreover, the price is so affordable and it even comes with breakfast.

There are many choices for food around! Mainly milk tea, snacks, very close to Mixc Wuyue. The room is very good, very cost-effective. Although it is an old house, it is clean and tidy, with hangers, tables and chairs! The boss lady is very nice!

The hotel was easy to find and parking was convenient. There were plenty of restaurants in the surrounding commercial area. The lobby was grand, check-in was fast, and the service was excellent. I was very satisfied with the room; the bed was huge and comfortable, and the facilities were complete. The room had a large bathtub, which was great for a soak, and the Wi-Fi was fast. The room was clean, the bedding was pristine white, and the towels were new. The breakfast was very rich, and my child had a lot of fun with all the delicious food. It's a great hotel, I recommend it and will stay here again next time.

As soon as I walked into the hotel, the lobby was spacious and bright, the decoration was exquisite and grand, and the warm lighting made me relax instantly. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, checked in quickly, and introduced the hotel facilities intimately. The room was clean and tidy, the layout was warm, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. The bathroom was separated into dry and wet areas, and the toiletries were of high quality. The hotel restaurant had a rich breakfast, both Chinese and Western food, and the taste was amazing. The gym was fully equipped to meet the needs of exercise. The location was also excellent, with many delicious foods around and convenient travel. This stay experience was perfect, and I would choose this place next time, and I strongly recommend it to everyone!

GreenTree Inn, Jurong (Jiangsu Province) is an oldie but a goody! I stayed there for 5 nights in late August/early September (2025). At first glance I was a bit dubious, but it turned out to be a really great place to stay. I felt very safe there and in the neighbourhood (day and night) and would stay there again. Excellent customer service ..… the Reception and cleaning staff were all really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The first room I was allocated smelt of cigarette smoke (no thank you!), but I was immediately moved into a nicer smelling room, which was absolutely spotless, quite large, and had a nice new smart tv, air con, an opening window with a flyscreen and security bars (essential for a ground floor room), nice solid furniture, pure white linen (impressively imprinted with “GreenTree Inn”) and a clean, comfy doona and pillows. A standard hard’ish Chinese bed, but I find them quite comfy. The old carpet runner along the length of the long ground floor hallway (where my room was) is a relic from way back when, but it was clean and well maintained, as was the rest of the hotel that I could see. The shower head needed fixing, but that’s an annoyingly common problem in pretty much every budget ＞ mid range hotel I’ve ever stayed in, in China. The hotel is only about 20 metres from Jurong Chongming Subway Station. Local bus stop almost at the front door (& across the road). The entrance to the old cobbled road (no cars allowed) & all its little shops is across the road at the lights, and a large pharmacy at the entrance (near the “archway”). Electric scooters galore to hire (via the AliPay or WeChat apps) outside the subway. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance once you get past the trades shops (plumbing supplies etc). My only gripe about GreenTree Inn Jurong (& this is a gripe I have for many hotels etc throughout China) is that smoking is allowed on the premises. I think it’s the worst it’s been since 2002 when I first started travelling to China. It’s awful walking into foyers and lifts that reek of cigarette smoke, and copping wafts of the smoke along hallways from smokers in their rooms (& ashtrays at lift entrances), and horrible arriving tired after a long flight and long trek from airports etc, only to discover you then have to request a room change to escape the smoke, and start all over again. No matter how accommodating the staff are, I could easily do without that hassle and the horrible smell. In my opinion, hotels etc in China need to up their game where that’s concerned, and follow the lead of the many countries which have banned cigarette smoking in all public buildings (including hotels), all public indoor and outdoor spaces, anywhere near children and shopping centres, on and near public transport etc etc etc.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and there were no unpleasant spots in the cleanliness. The front desk staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out processes were efficient and quick. The location was convenient, easy to get around, and the soundproofing was good, so I could rest peacefully. The facilities were complete and easy to use, and the hot water and internet were very stable. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations, and it was great value for money. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely choose this place again next time!
