GGuest UserAbsolutely incredible! The staff was very welcoming, even though we had a language barrier we still had long conversations through translation apps and we attended all of the activities. We had nice food, went on mountain walks and drank a lot of tea!
The design of the hotel is very authentic, they've incorporated traditional elements into a modern hotel.
The level of the service was outstanding
If you like tea, this is the hotel for you as the tea masters are very knowledgeable and always eager to share their experience and drink some really good tea with you!

3320072****I brought my mother to Xishuangbanna to play, from Jinghong to Nannuo Mountain.
It took a long time to choose a homestay. I did a detailed study of various homestays in Nannuo Mountain on Ctrip, and finally chose Nannuo Mountain Tea Garden Homestay. After checking in, I was extremely satisfied with the environment, hardware, and especially the software of this homestay. My choice was completely correct, which shows that sincere guest reviews are trustworthy. We originally planned to stay for one day, and we were very satisfied with the experience and stayed for another day. If the flight home had not been booked, we would have stayed here to have a good time in Nannuo Mountain.
Nannuo Mountain Tea Garden Homestay is very new, the room is very large, larger than some of the surrounding inns, and there is a balcony where you can sit on a leisure chair and look at the distant mountains and clouds in a daze. Banshan Jianglu Hotel is just below the Tea Garden Homestay, and it is far inferior to the Tea Garden Homestay in terms of cost performance alone. It is very convenient to park in front of the Tea Garden Homestay, and it is very convenient to drive here. There is a platform on the roof. If the sea of clouds appears, it is an excellent viewing platform. The homestay has two tea rooms where you can drink tea, chat, watch the scenery, and enjoy the years in the mountains.
Hardware is only secondary. The real trump card of Nannuoshan B&B is the two Hani couples who run it. The young couple is very nice and treats guests like family. The food cooked by the proprietress is very delicious. You don't have to worry about eating when you stay here. This is a key link in running a B&B. Nannuoshan Tea House B&B is far better than some of the surrounding inns in terms of eating. I understand that some B&Bs in the surrounding area have to solve the problem of eating outside by themselves. No matter how much you say, it is better to experience it yourself, and no matter how much you hear, you can see it with your own eyes. The Japanese have a saying called ”Ichigo Ichie”, which means that many people may only meet once in our lifetime. I sincerely thank the good people I met, and the young couple of Tea House B&B are such people. Staying here makes my mother and I very satisfied and happy. By the way, her tea is very delicious, and you must taste it carefully.

Our stay at this homestay was nothing short of magical. We traveled as a group of eight, including two young children, three grandparents, and three adults, and every single one of us had an incredible time. Nestled amidst lush tea plantations, the setting is absolutely stunning. Each morning, we woke up to breathtaking sunrises and a serene mist that blanketed the landscape. The house itself is a work of art—crafted entirely of wood and with impeccable aesthetic taste that reflects a deep respect for nature.
But as beautiful as the surroundings and accommodations are, the true highlight of our stay was the hospitality of the host. In our three years in China, we have never experienced anything like it. From the moment we arrived, it felt as though we were visiting a dear friend rather than staying in a hotel. Her warmth, generosity, and genuine care made us feel completely at home.
The food was exceptional, and we were treated to fresh fruits and tea throughout the day. She showed special care for our children, teaching them (and us!) how to make tea, and even accompanied us on a walk to share her knowledge of the local flora. One day, she surprised us with her hidden talent as a musician, singing traditional Chinese songs while playing the guitar and drums. Her smile and positive energy were infectious, leaving a lasting impression on all of us.
This homestay was more than just a place to stay—it was an unforgettable experience filled with beauty, warmth, and cultural connection. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories, knowing this was the best place we've ever stayed in China. If you're looking for a place that offers not just comfort but also an extraordinary sense of belonging, this is it. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserThe hotel is really beautifully designed and the breakfast was delicious. We chose the hot spring bath in the apartment option and it was really hot and very relaxing. The owner even gave us a free bottle of wine to enjoy while soaking. The area is lovely for long walks and peace and quiet.

Staying at a tastefully designed boutique hotel with a beautiful glazed swimming pool and a roof top lounge bar surrounded by an infinity pool with an amazing panoramic view. The location of the hotel is situated in the hills and within a community of ancient minority settlement. Their staff were very helpful and attentive to your needs. The room was tidy and clean. Their catering evening dishes were deliciously made. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserIt is still quite a long way from Menghai to Zhanglang Ancient Village. The proprietress specially drove to pick us up and also saw us off when leaving, which was very considerate.
After checking in, we received one-stop service for food, drink, and entertainment, which felt very good.
Eat: Breakfast is wood-fired hanging pot bean porridge, which is very delicious. I drank three large bowls around the stove and was satisfied. Lunch is mushrooms picked in the mountains. The bright red mushrooms are like elves in the mountains, so beautiful and spiritual. Simple mountain spring water stews into a mushroom soup with a strong aroma of fungus. Dinner is wild vegetables and pumpkin sprouts picked randomly by the roadside, which are also very delicious when stir-fried. By pounding bitter eggplant, pounding river bamboo shoots, and pounding tomatoes, you can taste the unique flavor of the mountains. I also ate their own wild honey, which was sweet to my heart.
Drink: The landlady brought out various kinds of ancient tree tea and Pu'er tea for us to taste. With the sound of rain outside the tearoom and the faint fragrance of tea in the tearoom, we chatted about home affairs in an understated way. I felt that although the landlady is young, she has a sense of self-reliance. The sense of self-reliance and strength brings respect.
Wan: Even though the lady boss is young, she got on her motorcycle and took the two of us on the muddy road in the mountains. She was very cool and comfortable. We were taken up the mountain to pick mushrooms, tea in the ecological tea garden, and ancient tea trees in the primeval forest. We also encountered wild Ganoderma lucidum on the way.
Le: The Baixiang Temple in Zhanglang Ancient Village is particularly beautiful, and the thousand-year-old trees are particularly divine. I like the air, spring water, wild vegetables, ancient temples, sacred trees, and the simple and enthusiastic landlady here.
Accommodation: A quaint wooden house. When you open the window, you can see the unique scenery in the mountains in different weather conditions. The mountains shrouded in clouds and mist after the rain, the sunset glow over the mountains and plains after the sky clears, the lush forests, and the clear air.

PPanghuhukangbaziAt the beginning, the e-sports room was booked. The computer configuration was quite high. It was similar to my own home. It was mainly with my parents. I felt inconvenient. So I changed the room and changed it to a round bed. ＋ balcony bed (smoke 🚬 recommended this) because we are also here on the New Year's Eve and have a balcony. GGuest UserI traveled with my 60-year-old parents and rented a car to drive in Xishuangbanna. It was very noisy in Gaozhuang, so I decided to come to Menghai and booked this hotel temporarily. When I checked in, it was beyond imagination. It should be the most cost-effective hotel I have ever stayed in! There were not too many people for five people, and Xiaomei at the front desk was very enthusiastic. She upgraded the room type for free, helped with luggage, and provided transportation to the resort's attractions... There was also a tea table in the lobby with an unlimited supply of Pu'er tea cakes. I was really satisfied! #Dining room

LLY兜啊兜The boss is very good, sing to the guests to help, and explain the culture of the ethnic minorities in Yunnan. The sister who helped is the Yi nationality. The boss is enthusiastic to show the way to the tea king tree path, saving a kilometer of distance. When there are few people, you may still eat the barbecue grilled by the boss himself.
