This hotel is absolutely beautiful! The room views and lounge areas were fantastic too! The front desk staff, the servers at Restaurant 139, and the security personnel all provided excellent service. We requested a late check-out until 2 PM, which gave us plenty of time to relax and explore the hotel. The baggage attendant at the pick-up point was incredibly kind! Just a heads-up, crows do try to sneak some breakfast! One side of the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and I'm really looking forward to staying in the newly renovated section next time, especially since the bathroom didn't have a showerhead, which was a bit inconvenient.

Got an upgraded room with a river view, it was a side view but still very pretty. The included dinner was mediocre, not many dishes, but the BBQ was decent. Drinks were not included. Breakfast was at the same restaurant, with more variety and quite tasty. I recommend the traditional fried dishes. The restaurant drinks were a bit pricey compared to the hotel's caliber.

I cannot recommend pyramids pavilion enough!!! From the staff to the location, Everything was absolutely amazing. The rooms were so clean and cozy, the roof top was beautiful and every staff member went above and beyond. The location is in the heart of Giza and you can see the pyramids in your backyard! I’ve been to Egypt multiple times and honestly I will never stay at another hotel again.

Our junior suite was perfect for two – spacious enough to unwind after a day of exploring, with all the comforts you'd want. But the real highlight? That rooftop breakfast terrace! Sipping coffee while gazing at the two massive pyramids looming in the morning light felt like a scene from a history book come to life. And the WiFi? Rock-solid throughout the hotel – a lifesaver for uploading all those epic photos and staying connected. What truly elevated this trip was the team, led by the incredible owner, Mohamed. He's got this genuine warmth that's rare in hospitality – like chatting with a knowledgeable friend. He hooked us up with insider tips on the best ride-sharing apps to navigate Cairo's wild traffic, spot-on restaurant recs nearby, and even curated a day tour that blew us away. The price was super reasonable, and our guide, Mo Karam, was an absolute standout. Thoughtful, packed with Egyptian history knowledge, and brimming with passion – he fielded my endless questions (seriously, a million of them!) with patience and extra stories that made the sites come alive. Booking him felt like unwrapping a gift. We love venturing out solo, but Cairo's energy is intense – constant traffic from dawn till dusk, and haggling with taxis can eat up your day. With Mohamed's help to hire a driver and car for city jaunts was spot-on; it saved us hours and stress. He was always there for backup, too. The personal touches sealed the deal: When I woke up with a pesky cough one morning, Mohamed sent over a steaming ginger tea to soothe my throat – talk about heartfelt! Then there's Mo, who brews Turkish coffee that's honestly better than anything I tried at local cafes. And the chef? She's a quiet force of kindness – doesn't speak much English, but her caring energy shines through in every meal. The whole staff is like that: friendly, chatty, and eager to help with whatever's on your mind, from hidden gems to quick translations. This is the perfect place with the absolute best view of the pyramids. The room is small, but it has a large balcony with the best view in the world. The traditional breakfasts are plentiful and very delicious. The staff is extremely helpful. The owner came to each guest during breakfast and chatted with them. These guys provide top-notch service. Breakfasts are served on an amazing rooftop veranda with incredible music. We had tears in our eyes from the beauty and atmosphere. I 100% recommend it. There's a 24-hour front desk, hot water, AC for both cooling and heating, a kettle, fridge, hairdryer, and TV. It's quiet all around. The beds are comfortable, neither too soft nor too firm. Nearby, there's a shop with chips, water, and wine. It felt perfectly safe to walk there. The floor in the room was a bit dusty, but we wore slippers. This hotel is ideal for Giza. If I ever come back, it will definitely be here.

I can highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here as a couple; the room was clean, fresh, and pleasant. I'd even say professional. We booked a deluxe room with a bathtub and a glass wall—it was worth it. The bathroom was excellent, perfect for two. The renovations were done well, even a bit sterile, without the typical Egyptian lack of attention to detail. We stayed in this room in December (when we were freezing in other hotels), and overall it was very comfortable. Street noise was minimal, especially compared to Cairo. The internet was average, not the best speed. We watched a movie on TV—the lighting, sound, and picture were very comfortable. The hotel's location is good: a 10-minute taxi ride to the museum and 15-20 to the entrance to the pyramids. Breakfast was okay. Grocery and fruit options are a 5-minute walk away. One downside: the staff in the cafe wasn't very professional (apparently the owner's children are there), but that's a minor detail. Also, if you order food from the cafe's menu, allow for a 40-50-minute wait. But to sum it up, the hotel fulfilled all its main tasks (sleep, relaxation, warmth) perfectly.

This hotel truly surpassed my expectations. Its location is excellent, just 50 meters downstairs from the entrance to the Giza Pyramids complex. Compared to the many shabby accommodations in the vicinity, it stood out as the only clean, well-kept, and rather upscale-looking hotel. It's exceptionally clean and tidy, the staff provides excellent service, and the rooms are comfortable, on par with standards expected of a good mid-range hotel chain. Our pyramid-view room offered direct views of the pyramids right from the window. The rooftop restaurant also boasts stunning, direct views of the Giza Pyramids. Breakfast was quite extensive; although predominantly Western fare, the roasted eggplant was particularly delicious. It's almost flawless. If I had to mention a minor point, the rooftop restaurant is quite expensive, with many dishes priced around 70-80 RMB. Luckily, more affordable dining options like KFC and Pizza Hut are conveniently located nearby.

The hotel has pyramid view on their rooftop, you cN enjoy the view while havinv your breakfast..the room was ok, but lack of amenities..the breakfast was good..the staff is friendly..overall we have a good tine while staying there

Excellent customer service and the location is perfect. 1 min walk to pyramid of giza ticket office. The hotel is good and the staff was very helpful and friendly especially Jabeel(manager ) who made us very comfortable. Breakfast is ok but the view of the pyramid is amazing. Dinner is expensive but u pay for the view not the food. Overall excellent place to stay...

We arrived almost midnight. The manager immediately began to persuade us to upgrade to a family room, overlooking the pyramids. Everything was brought into play, including even the fact that our room, which we had booked, was supposedly not ready. Is it at midnight? :))) In general we agreed for 500 pounds/night. The room is, ultimately, absurdly big. Everything needs updating. The water pressure is very weak. Washing up was a problem. Linen and towels are more or less clean. Breakfast is just terrible. How can you serve breakfast and not offer tea or coffee???!!! This is already the 46th country we have visited. And probably the 1000th hotel we have stayed in. And this is the first time we are encountering this. Nonsense!
