Good location, walking distance from the old town and the train station, very convenient. The room is really small, you can sleep in the room, and you can sit down on the bed. Toiletries and slippers are not provided, but fortunately I brought it myself. The breakfast that comes with it tastes good and the coffee tastes average; If lunch or dinner is good, the price is fair. Although along the street, it is quiet at night, so you can sleep well. The room has a capsule coffee machine, and the capsule is enough.

Great hotel in the grounds of Canterbury cathedral. We stayes in the value rooms with 40 steps to the room but it didn't feel like 40 steps, at all and not tiring. Amazing breakfast selection. Not mass buffet. Good selection to choose from, fruit yoghurt, crossaints etc plus you can choose from fried breafast, egg benedict, salom and scrambled egg, egg florentine etc are all made to order. Plus your drinks. We had a relaxing time in the lounge in the evening and enjoyed a nice hot chocolate. Free admission to the cathedral for 2 of us was a bonus. Would have cost £19.50 each. Lovely and helpful staff on reception. Will definitely stay again.

The room was too cold and there was no air conditioning. There are no disposable items such as slippers, toothbrushes. The cafe is close to the roadside with a good view

Second time staying here and it was just as perfect! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well decorated, the bed is the best ever!! Will be coming back again. Highly recommended 🥰💕

This feels like good quality accommodation, despite being an Attic room the ceiling is quite high . However the room layout is naturally restricted so one twin bed is snuggled against the wall with restricted headroom. The payoff is a good sized ensuite with natural light . The upside in the summer is the aircon, the downside in the winter is the radiator adjacent to the twin bed. This is a small twin room next to a pub with lots of history,

The room is large, the breakfast is very good, the price is very high, it is very convenient to go to Canterbury Cathedral, walkable

Hot strong shower, the room is clean except the carpet which is a bit filthy. Very good and speedy check in, but it's manned only in the am and evening. We returned at 11pm one night while the car park was all full. We had a bit of a headache

1. Advantages: The surrounding environment is beautiful, with its own small river pier for weekend cruises, the balcony is very large and comfortable, the breakfast is very rich, the coffee is delicious; the staff service is very warm, friendly, relaxed, and the price is super high. 2. Insufficient: poor sound insulation in the room, easy to block the water in the shower room, and general room hygiene

This hotel is in a good location convenient to visit the famous tourist attractions.  However the bathroom is so tiny you can hardly turn around or space to put personal toiletry items.  There’s no Do not disturb sign, we got woken by by cleaner knocking the door around 9 ish very annoying.   Will not recommend this hotel.
