Hotels with Parking in Genteng

My stay at MORAZEN Surabaya was overall very satisfying. For a 4-star hotel, I think it's excellent. The room was comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and the staff service was good. The hotel's ambiance felt modern and quite premium. However, there was one drawback that I found quite bothersome: the guest elevators. As far as I know, there are only two elevators available for guests, so almost every time I wanted to go up or down, I had to wait in line for quite a long time. I even waited for an elevator for about 20 minutes once. I believe this needs attention from the management as it significantly impacts guest comfort, especially when the hotel is busy. Aside from the elevator issue, MORAZEN Surabaya is overall a very good and comfortable 4-star hotel to stay in. Hopefully, in the future, there will be a solution for the elevator queue problem to make the stay experience even better.

This is an excellent hotel. If you walk straight out, past Pizza Hut and over a footbridge, you'll reach the city's largest shopping mall. The mall is huge and has everything you could need. The hotel facilities are very good and clean, and the breakfast on the first floor is rich and delicious. If you want to stay in the city center, this is a great choice.

This hotel is highly recommended for a stay in Surabaya. For a fairly cheap price, you get a strategic location, a spacious and clean room, and a delicious breakfast. Overall, it's excellent!

Considerably clean, service wise language is a challenge, couldn't get information of any indomart nearby at all and couldn't get a cup noodle at night about 10pm. Cafe downstairs has no food at night too Good size for family where the 4 of us can sleep in a room together

We enjoy our stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food for breakfast is variety and delicious. The location is strategic, near the mall and hot spot around surabaya. Would absolutely recommend this hotel.

Had a great time. The environment was good and all the fasilities provided could be enjoyed. Definitely will come again in the future. I faced some difficulties but it was handled well bt the workers.

Our room was fine, however the hotel and amenities are a bit old. Located next to some shopping malls and cafes, also there is Indomaret over the corner. There is a spacious parking lot. The buffet breakfast was quite nice, with plenty of options to choose from.

Before I review I want to say all the staff were kind friendly and very helpful. If this review was about the staff you would have 100%. My problem is with the fabric of the hotel. It is dirty , shabby and living in the past. The first entertainment hotel in the city. Looking at it it was probably the last time it was refurbished. I feel that the staff put on a brave face and they are professional in their duties. Entering my room the sheets were grey had holes and stained. If you use an external laundry and hire your linen someone needs to change your contract!! Grey is not white. The walls are covered in hardboard and are dirty. Shower and toilet ok. Fire door did not self close. Hole in the wall where the self closer keeps hitting it. If this is a four star hotel it’s the staff who are keeping it there, a review though in my opinion would drop you to two stars at the best!! The owners need to reinvest!!

This hotel room is good, but some of it is not it. sometimes you get a room where the air conditioner is cold, sometimes not. the wastafel here is also clogged. but he plus part is the water dispenser you can drink whenever you thirsty without thinking of buying more. overall, this hotel is good buttry to ge yourself in lower level but not floor 1 and avoid getting into room that more than 3 (example: 204, 304) because the wifi ia shitty and youll only get wifi in certain places.

A very cheap choice. Not much facilities provided by the hotel, for example no dryer, shampoo and bath gel. The room has locker, pretty small, my luggage doesn’t fit in, so I just place my suitcase outside the capsule. I think it’s okay because Indonesia is quite safe. Staff are helpful, check in and out is quick. Nice for an overnight short stay if you have a low budget.
