Great
GGuest UserThe room size was decent, and after pushing the beds together, there was enough space to open a 32-inch and a 20-inch suitcase. The lobby had a good selection of toiletries, maintaining the usual Daiwa quality. The hotel's location is excellent; after exiting Makishi Station on the Yui Rail and turning right, you can follow the elevated walkway directly to the hotel's sign – it’s very convenient and easy to find. There's a local supermarket downstairs that we visited daily, and it's also very close to Kokusai Street, just a ten-minute walk. For a family of three, the price was reasonable, making it a highly recommended choice.

GGM_513This hotel might seem a lot more expensive than other Naha city hotels, but it worth every penny & being one of our best stay in Okinawa. The large room does feel like a suite with the comfy sofa area equipped with a giant TV. We also enjoyed the large modern bathroom. The room deco & amenities are all sophisticatedly design. The hotel dining is top notch, make sure you book with their breakfast please! It turns out to be one of our best hotel breakfast in Japan. Not only they offer chef menu of sashimi rice bowl, the quality of buffet options are crazy, honey dripping from actual honey comb, 3 options of miso from different origins to make your own soup, wide spread of veggies, breads & teas… we skipped lunch after. We also had birthday dinner in “The Long Vocation” restaurant and we were quite impressed by their food & drink and service.
We stayed over typhoon, & we were very glad to have chosen to stay in Southwest Grand which offer late check out, indoor pool & good variety of food.
The location is gold, the only little issue is they don’t have car park on site and the closest paid one requires 1-2 mins walk outdoor. It maybe a little hectic during some weather condition. Big shout out to the 2 lady staffs who help guests with luggages at the entrance frighting over strong wind & heavy rain, they were amazing!
We missed our stay already and do hope to stay at this hotel again when we revisit Naha, hope to able to use their outdoor pool in a better weather.
Overall highly highly recommended!

CC. YUENI had a great experience during this stay. The front desk staff were polite and friendly, and the lobby environment was very elegant. There's an outdoor seating area and a small pool to enjoy. As for the room, I stayed in a king-size bed room; the bed was big enough and very comfortable. The separate toilet and shower were also great, and the room was spacious enough for two large suitcases with plenty of room to spare. The hotel is very close to the monorail station, and Kokusai Dori is not far either. It's a highly recommended hotel.

GGuest UserWhen we arrived, already liked the atmosphere of the lobby- bar-restaurant, which was lively, with nice lighting and the green foliage from the window wall and smell nice too, which is very important. We could early check-in in a corner room and high floor! Our purpose was to leave our bags and was surprised with rooms ready. Our room was spotless, decorated with neutral colours, very comfortable, everything was new. The only thing, the window only opens just a little bit and was hard to close it back and the faucet of the sink was just below the glass shelf and you will hit it every time you turn it on and the room lights had few individual switches, therefore was almost an all lights on or all lights off deal! Another down thing was the flip-flops which weren’t comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, with just the right amount of choices but everything available was really good. The public bath as well, everything was new, clean and with enough number of showers and the bath had the right size, decorated with simple and tasteful colours, the water was delicious. The location of the hotel was very good, just a few minutes walk to the monorail and with convenient shopping around. We enjoyed every minute of our stayed! It was excellent!

GGuest UserThe twin room was very comfortable and spacious, with convenient facilities. The only drawback was the old hairdryer, which wasn't very effective. The hotel is just a two-minute walk from Kubokawa Station, with FamilyMart and 7-Eleven nearby. It's also super convenient for getting to the airport.

GGuest UserThis hotel in Okinawa is incredibly good value for money, in my opinion! The location is really convenient; there's a bus stop right outside, and it's just a few minutes' walk to the Okinawa Monorail. Plus, there are several convenience stores downstairs, including both 7-11 and FamilyMart, so you have options!

SshielasanThe breakfast buffet or dinner is a must. The food was so delicious 😋 You get discounts for the buffet if you stay. Close to the monorail station (3 to 5 mins). Walking distance to teamLabs Okinawa. Offers laundry coin machines and dryer ( no need to buy detergent). Also offer discounted parking if you have car. (parking maybe limited but there are a lot of parking nearby). Room air conditioner is cold. Great stay. Offers a lot of services. Has a public sauna and bath. Staffs are easy to talk to.

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly noisy; I couldn't get any sleep. The curtains weren't blackout, and the window faced a busy road, plus the windows weren't soundproof. The entire hotel felt more like an open apartment building, with all areas directly exposed to the outside, meaning no air conditioning in the common areas. The most shocking part was when the staff opened our door before 10 AM, well before check-out time. There was also a mirror with a super bright light that wouldn't turn off, and we eventually had to unplug it. It felt like the photos made everything look great and the facilities were new, but the management was really lacking. Also, everything, contrary to what the pictures suggested, came with an extra charge.

MM10814****The hotel is located in the city center, right next to a sports stadium. The elevated highway nearby can be a bit noisy due to heavy traffic. The hotel has its own parking, but the fee is a bit expensive at 1500 JPY per day. Overall, it offers medium value for money.

NNRosley~I love ♥️ this hotel soooooo much ! My four nights here was very comfortable that it feels almost close to home ☺️ It's strategical location is a huge bonus. Lawson, Family Mart, 7-11 is all around the corner. Be sure to grab your coffee take out just opposite hotel entrance: SO GOOD! (¥450 for iced cafe au lait)
This hotel amenities are great too, on my 3rd night, i did my laundry; both wash + dry at a total of ¥300
There's also ice dispenser provided on certain floors.
WiFi connection is 👍🏻 ⭐! Worked well for the 5 days!
Within a short distance frm hotel, Google for Matsumoto Kiyoshi store, buy your beauty products there , all other drugstores along Kokusai St priced much higher. Got stuffs for my mom/sis at Matsumoto at great deal especially with tax free with total bill of ¥5000 .
Another plus point is you can spend a day strolling/shopping at Okinawa outlet mall + iias mall for Sapporo drugstores/Uniqlo/GU.
Transportation is very convenient both with buses and trains.
I took a DiDi 🚖 ride back to hotel once for ¥ 2350 frm Outlet mall.
Either way you can take bus no.95 at the main street just opposite high school.
Staffs were all very attentive, polite and helpful when being asked for directions etc .
If you're someone who enjoys walking, take a scenic path down to Kokusai St.
I'm so happy i chose this hotel, very convenient . Should i visit Okinawa again, I'll definitely stay here.
** Take a short walk down to RYUBO Mall , amazing shopping deals and great cafes**
