Great
GGuest UserNiseko in summer has its own distinct advantages. It's less crowded, the air is fresh and cool, and hotel rates are significantly lower. The hotel's decor is tasteful and understated, reminiscent of a city Ritz-Carlton. With fewer rooms, the service is remarkably attentive. Breakfast is a hybrid of a set menu and a small buffet spread, which was quite satisfying. We found the dinner restaurant to have a somewhat limited kitchen and offer average value for money, so we chose to dine out for our evening meals. The location is wonderfully quiet. While we had a private car, even without one, the Hilton is just across the ski slope, so transport isn't an issue. A short walk of a few minutes takes you to a ski commercial area, where a few restaurants remain open even in summer. I imagine it's quite expensive in winter, but I do wonder if Niseko's skiing truly surpasses Hemu's? A major perk, of course, is that the hotel essentially has its own dedicated ski lift, offering absolute ski-in/ski-out convenience. It's significantly smaller, quieter, and much less crowded than the Park Hyatt. However, I highly recommend taking the gondola up there at night and then walking down to experience the beautifully designed light exhibition – it's truly stunning.

LlemongohomeStayed at Hilton Niseko Village during the non-ski season. The area was quiet and there wasn’t much to do, as the gondola and Niseko Village (all within walking distance) were closed. However, the free shuttle to Milk Kobo and Hirafu Crossing was very convenient. Hotel staff were mostly international and generally helpful. One downside was the luggage forwarding (Ta-Q-Bin) experience — unlike other hotels where staff assist with filling the form, we were simply handed the form without guidance. Overall, a decent stay but service could be more attentive.

FFPYFantastic environment just in front a ski resort with stunning view. Good carpark space for guests. Just happened it is snowing and the view is like a paradise. Rooms are on upstairs 1 floor, do request assistance from the helpful staff to assist you. All the staff is friendly, handsome and beautiful. Try to offer some Japanese food as that's what we expected, for breakfast and dinner. The cafe is beautiful, needs more marketing exposure.

AAnonymous UserThis is my second time to live here. Staff are nice and helpful. Hot spring is excellent. Hotel room is spacious and clean. It was a pity that the hotel restaurant was temporary closed during the period of our stay. I would highly recommend my friend. Hope the hotel restaurant would ve re-open soon.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to the moiwa snow field. It takes a few minutes to turn around. It is convenient for skiing. The hotel provides Western breakfast with cereal, bread yogurt, and egg milk bacon. You can eat it. The clerk is a European beauty. It is also more enthusiastic. You can also buy a discounted elevator ticket for the snow field. Unfortunately, there is no ski rental, basically all Europeans and Americans are staying, 6 people mixed dormitory is OK.
