Great
GGuest UserBrown Dot is clean and friendly.
I've been to several branches, and this one is even cleaner and more responsive.
If I go back, I'd definitely stay here again.
The only downside is that the soap is too small.
RRongrongxueqiubaobaoThe room was nice and spacious, and there's a street with bars and BBQ joints nearby. However, the hotel's entrance was incredibly hard to find; I had to circle around three or four times just to locate it after work. The front desk staff consistently wore black masks, making them seem as if they didn't want to be seen, which I found quite strange. Furthermore, the KTV (karaoke bar) just one street away employs 'princesses' (hostesses). Had I known this beforehand, I wouldn't have booked here. As a woman, I felt a bit unsafe walking on that street. I strongly advise female business travelers, especially those in China, to avoid booking accommodations on this street behind City Hall.
2273212****The room is clean, the front desk is nice, the internet speed is comfortable, the computer configuration in the room is also good, there is a knife-cut noodles restaurant downstairs that has a long queue. Overall it is okay, recommended
GGuest User2 bus stops from Suwon Bus Terminal. But I was rejected by the bus driver to board the bus because of my luggage. It was a 10 minutes walk. Not as easy when you move around with luggage. Some pavements were bumpy.
The area is quiet and the hotel in some alleyways. Was a little scared walking by myself back to hotel at night.
I arrived early and the early check-in rates were KWR10,000 per hour, should I choose to check-in early.
Room was spacious. Though the lights in the shower auto switched off after 10-15 minutes. It happened twice, when I was soaking in the tub and when I was doing my make-up.
Had to rely on translation app to communicate with staff.
GGuest UserThis is a budget-friendly, comfortable place to stay while on business. It's conveniently located, with many restaurants nearby. If you consider it a good value, you won't be disappointed.
GGuest UserThe views from Haengridan-gil, Janganmun, and Suwonseonggwak-ro were fantastic. The first-floor convenience store, along with the hallway, offered coffee, tea, a water purifier, a microwave, and disposable items like paper cups, which I utilized well for a delicious late-night snack. The Seyeon kitchen supplies were well-stocked, and the room was warm and cozy. However, the bathroom sink lacked a water stopper or towel rack, and the shower robe lacked a string, which was a bit disappointing. Still, I was satisfied with the location and cleanliness, considering the price, and would definitely return.
SSolo AceI ended up arriving early and was willing to wait for my room to be ready, but my room was ready, and I was able to go in. Everything was very clean, and the service was top-notch. It was pretty easy to get around and not too bad if you had to take a taxi. The area wasn't noisy. There were plenty of places to eat, including a healthy sandwich shop around the corner. I wish I could remember the name, but the ingredients were fresh, and there was English available, so no guessing. The place is like a Salady, but for sandwiches. Anyway, I had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.
KKarleneI have been coming to this hotel for a little over a year, and I never had any problems until they started making changes. I understand charging for basic amenities, but can you at least put a bar of soap in the bathroom for handwashing. I also didn't have the nice LG clothes closet that refreshes your clothes. I wasn’t able to freshen my jacket, and the mattress is also harder. They did install a bigger TV and added better TV remote directions in English with a channel listing. But what did it for me was during the checkout. In the past, when I had a lot of bags to carry to the KTX or Bus Terminal, they always were helpful in calling me a taxi. I asked like I normally do, and not only was I denied, but I was also waved off as if he couldn't be bothered. I tried to tell him that I was going to the KTX, but he kept saying airport taxi across the street. Due to frustration and time constraints, I left. I didn't want to miss my train. I will definitely patron another hotel after this. Disappointed.
SSojo BrileyYeah, this hotel was interesting. It looked like the pictures provided but, it wasn't as clean. It's could stand to have an update in furniture. I truly loved the bed though, softest one I've been in since I've been traveling around korea for the past year. It's decent if you want to just go out with friends but it gives *** motel vibes so I would never bring someone I'm dating there. All and all it's not bad but it's a going out to get drunk and just need a place to lay your head kind of place.
AAnonymous UserThe stay was very comfortable! The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and I slept soundly, the front desk staff were friendly, and it's close to the subway. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely come back next time!
