The soundproofing is excellent too, so I wasn't disturbed at all and had a very restful sleep. The service was impeccable! The front desk staff were warm and professional. Check-in and check-out were quick, and they were always prompt in responding to any requests. Their attentiveness throughout made me feel especially welcome. The room facilities were complete and brand new. The deluxe twin room was spacious, the bedding comfortable, and the toiletries were of good quality. All the amenities were well-provided, perfectly meeting my travel needs. Whether you're traveling solo or on a business trip, this hotel is an excellent choice. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit and have already recommended it to my friends!"

"The bigger bath towel is only given 1 piece for a double room that I booked for 2 nights. Toilet paper need to be thrown into the rubbish bin and yet there’s no bidet at the toilet bowl. Would recommend adding this feature. Room is not cleaned after one night stay. Not too sure if you’ll need to make special requests. The room has an aircon unit but the Aircond were switched off centrally and cannot be used. Room has floor heating so the room is warm. You’ll need to open the window to let the cool air in. Stayed during Jan in winter. Hotel is a tad old. The basin has no stopper and turn moldy green"

"Family room is big with 2 queen beds. Room is clean and amenities provided is good with water dispenser machine, teabag and coffee mix at floor level. Newly built located next to arte hotel. However, there is no shower curtain, as such the floor is pretty wet after each shower. It may be good that there are more hooks or hangers provided in a family room for 4 pax use. Location - near many good eateries and restaurants, and drinking places. CU is just opposite the hotel which is a plus. For travellers who are not driving, its a hassle to pull your bag through uneven pavement to find the hotel. (Nearest suwon city hall stop). We requested for leave luggage at reception which was obliged before and after check in and out."

"It's conveniently located near Suwon Station. The room is exactly as shown in the photos, and it was a comfortable stay. I arrived in the evening after traveling from out of town, and I was quite surprised to learn that people who booked through Trip.com couldn't use the hotel's parking lot. As a result, I ended up scraping my car while exiting the parking lot. ㅠㅠ I inquired about nearby parking and was told I could park there, so thankfully I had a comfortable stay. Still, it was conveniently located near the station, making transportation and access to the nearby shopping district a breeze, so it was a satisfactory stay for the price."

They say a kind word can repay a thousand debts, and this truly made me even more satisfied. The facilities were also clean and well-maintained, and there were no signs of wear and tear. However, the only downside was that it was a bit cold. Maybe it was because I was in the end room, but it was chilly when I slept. Nevertheless, I was generally satisfied with the facilities and plan to stay here again."

"Overall, it was clean and quiet at night. You could comfortably walk around barefoot, truly on par with a 5-star hotel! Due to environmental considerations, toiletries weren't provided. The front desk staff all spoke English and communication was very smooth, resolving any issues promptly. The staff were polite and enthusiastic, and there was even a Chinese check-in guide, which was a thoughtful touch and absolutely wonderful!"
