We had a fantastic stay at Sunway GRID! The room was very nice, clean, and well-designed, making our stay super comfortable. Our kid absolutely loved the built-in playground. It was a huge highlight for us and kept the little one entertained throughout! Getting complimentary snacks and drinks was a lovely extra touch that made us feel right at home. On top of that, parking was super easy and stress-free. The location is ideal if you're planning a trip to Legoland, as it's just a short drive away. Highly recommended for families looking for a convenient and fun getaway!

It was a last minute booking we got the largest room, stayed for a few hours. Theres everything. Amenities wise not so near of places. But so far the unit is great

Room was really large and clean and came with a nice view of the bay. However amenities were not too well maintained (washing machine door spoilt etc). Also quite stingy with the bottled water when we requested for more on the check out day. Location is ok with some eateries within driving distance. Nice supermarket right next door too.

Staying at Almas was an excellent experience from start to finish. The accommodations were very comfortable and well-maintained, offering a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The staff were attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring all my needs were promptly met. The location was convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities. Check-in was a breeze, and they held our luggage, which was super convenient. The room itself was comfortable. The rooftop infinity pool and sky garden were an amazing surprise! The only downside is that dining options in the immediate area are limited, with just one mall nearby for food.

The management service is unsatisfactory. I have stayed here several times and encountered various issues on every occasion. ✘ Check-in was delayed, yet we still waited over an hour to complete the procedure upon arrival. During the wait, we were even offered alternative rooms as our designated room was not ready. ✘ No check-in guidelines were sent by the management after booking. We only got informed at the security gate that entry permission could only be granted after receiving official notification from the management team. ✘ There were obvious hygiene problems in the room. A strong lingering cooking fume odour filled the space, and the floor was greasy. ✘ We can only contact the management via messages with no available phone calls. Their responses are always slow, leaving guests waiting uncertainly and putting us in a passive position. ✘ Refund was not processed promptly after check-out. No payment was received days later, and we had to take the initiative to follow up and claim the refund. Positive points： ✔ The security team maintains strict access control. ✔ The accommodation price is reasonable. *I only choose this place for its convenient location suitable for my business trips. Otherwise, the management needs substantial improvement.

The facilities are fire too: there are swimming pools with stunning views (kids and adults!), a gym that actually has all the essentials, and security that makes you feel genuinely safe. Tiny downside: someone left their clothes on the showerhead (yup, I spotted it right away next to the window in the bathroom 😅). Probably an oversight from the last guest or housekeeping—nothing major but caught me off guard. Other than that, everything else checked out. Very amazing apartment for traveler and we can coook or washing clothess and the view so amazing with swimming pool, GYM, all amazing n the stuff so kind n room very safty n cozzy

I absolutely loved my stay at i-Homestay! Everything was wonderful, from the room and cleanliness to the overall comfort and service. I genuinely enjoyed my experience and felt very happy staying here. In fact, I loved it so much that I wanted to extend my stay for another 4 nights. I contacted customer care to arrange the extension, and I was told that someone would get back to me, but unfortunately nobody followed up. I was honestly a little sad about this, as I really wanted to stay longer. In the end, I had to follow the rules and check out as scheduled. Despite that, my overall experience was amazing, and I would happily stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend i-Homestay and would definitely return in the future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
