The service was great and the room was spacious. However, the inner bedsheet hadn't been changed! There were bloodstains on it! I was so annoyed when I saw it under the light in the middle of the night, but thankfully the front desk staff came up to change it for me. The air conditioning cooling was just okay, but otherwise, there were no other issues. It's a plus that they offer a shuttle bus to LEGOLAND and Sunway Big Box.

The apartment is nice and clean, and the amenities are pretty complete. It's also close to Legoland. Overall, the apartment is great and clean. Just a small note: the sheets and duvet were a bit dusty, maybe from the corners of the bed, but otherwise, everything was clean. If you're staying around Legoland and need food for the evening, it's best to stock up because the malls close by 7 PM.

Nice apartment with two bedrooms. Price bit high at that location, nothing much around , except near to legoland and there is a hard rock below the building.withoug transportation is inconvenient to come here.

First off, the location is quite remote for Johor as a whole, mainly because the Persiaran Laksamana area is newly developed. However, it's very close to Puteri Harbour International Ferry Terminal, which makes it ideal for travelers arriving by ferry. Note that the detailed map location on Trip.com is incorrect. The correct address should be Almas Suites, Persiaran Laksamana, 79100 Iskandar Puteri, Johor Darul Ta'zim. Due to this location, if you plan on frequently traveling to and from JB, you'll need to factor in potentially high transportation costs (more travel time and higher Grab fares). If you opt for a high-floor room, you'll generally have a good experience with a nice view from the open balcony. However, the balconies are quite close to each other, so you might catch a glimpse of what your neighbors are up to! 😉 No rooms provide toothbrushes or toothpaste, and you'll need to bring your own shampoo and shower gel. If you choose to eat in the room, you'll quickly discover it attracts tiny ants. It's best to dine at restaurants outside and then return to the room to relax. During your stay, no room service is provided as it operates as a self-service apartment.

The homestay management is very responsive. However, it is quite troublesome to go in and out from the residences as you will need to register at the guardhouse everytime you enter the premise despite already showing them the unit card. There is tower provided , however, you will need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste.

The gym, though small, was well-equipped with towels and bottled water. The kids' play area clearly hadn't been tidied up after use, and no one seemed to be cleaning it. It was also incredibly hot in there, with no AC remote in sight. As for the breakfast buffet, it had everything you'd expect, but the only downside was the lack of staff to seat or guide guests. On our first morning, we had to stand next to other tables and wait for a spot to open up 😅. Our room had a QR code for requests, and when we used it, staff were very quick to help with any issues. The only minor flaw was some dust in the room; I actually felt a bit itchy the first night. We were in the East Wing, which honestly felt more like a serviced apartment than a hotel, yet they didn't even provide dish soap 😅😅.

Good facilities, security typical of condo living. The accommodation is called ”Serenity Medini” but brought me to another location if follow by Google Maps. Then i found out that its actually a building called ”Medini Signature ”. So i tink its best to stick w d building name instead. The plastic cover of the mattress was still in tact. N it created unnecessary discomfort. Having a clock, basic toiletries like toothpaste n toothbrushes wld hv bn helpful if they were available. And in the email, they should put in place precise guidelines on how to access the elevator... eg to collect access card from letter box, like a diagram/photo to show directions... to save all d hassle of asking around. Other than all d abovementioned concerns.... d place is huge w all 3 bedrooms have attached bathrooms. Definitely will come again if all of d stated concerns are addressed.
