AAnonymous UserThe host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one.
This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did.
We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

JjaskohCheck in is easy with clear instructions. Place is clean and no frills.. love the fact that they have got filtered water for drinking. However 1st night, the water pipe burst and caused some inconvenience for us. Went down to The security guards and they helped to switch off the main water switch quickly. So had no water over the night till morning where the recep sent someone to fix it at Abt 9plus.. as this is not really a hotel stay, don't expect 24/7 recep services. responsiveness is considered very efficient.. if not for the water pipe burst, the stay is great.. and the security guards are really friendly and helpful...thumbs up to them .

JJay TooGot to give it a 10 STARS! The team were very responsive regardless the time of the day and the property is well maintained and clean. Everything is in place and most importantly the instructions and communication were very clear. Hope to stay with them soon again!

JJesslynNgWe booked a Premium King Room for one night. The room was clean and came with basic amenities such as disposable slippers, toiletries, TV, small desk for work, dining / coffee table for two, safety box and mini fridge. There’s also plenty of parking space just outside the hotel, and a nice western food store within walking distance.
Check-in was at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM. The front desk operates 24/7, and the staff were friendly and able to speak both Malay and English, which made communication easy. There’s also cctv installed along the walkway outside the room.
However, there was no hair dryer provided in the room.
The biggest downside was the room location. We were given the last room facing the main road , and it was extremely noisy. We could clearly hear cars and motorcycles passing by throughout the night. I only managed to fall asleep around 4–5 AM due to the constant noise.
Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but the road noise seriously affected our rest. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend requesting a room away from the roadside.

They don't just follow a standard hospitality script; they completely redefine customer service. In an industry where staff can sometimes be restricted by corporate red tape, Janet and Roen are a breath of fresh air. They aren't afraid to defy conventional rules when a situation calls for it, proactively taking things into their own hands to ensure the guest experience is absolutely seamless. It is incredibly rare to find individuals who are so deeply committed to guest satisfaction that they will personally intervene and go off-script to make sure every single detail is taken care of. They completely removed any stress from our stay, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Amazing hotel, amazing service. Kudos to Roen and Janet for elevating our experience and showing what genuine, empowered hospitality is all about!

Room was not clean, toilet floor was wet. Toilet paper was not filled up, Water bidet was leaking when in use. Shower was close to the toilet. No space to move around.
Bed was comfortable but full of ants in the room. Tried to change rooms but was not possible, when i saw other room doors being opened and no in use.
Ants were all over the place! On the night stand, walls had cracks n ants, bed also got ants. floor also got ants. I cannot sleep at night so I had to go find a 24 hour place to relax for the night.

Additionally, the actual room differs noticeably from what is shown in the online photos. The room also has a damp smell and feels quite old. Below got seafood restaurant which only open after 5pm, then night time can lepak while enjoying seafood. Only ah, aircond sometimes not cold. Come for few time ready huhuhu no self service laundry nearby and mini market . Need to go far for it
