Guest UserThe hotel was in a great location near Parque Kennedy. The room was exceptionally clean. A fridge and kettle provided, and the prices of the drinks in the mini bar extremely reasonable. There was plenty of hot water for the shower. Breakfast was fine, with a limited selection, the omelette however was probably the best I'd had whilst in Peru. The owners were friendly and happy to provide tips for restaurants.

It’s more like a 4 stars hotel but not 5 stars. It is still a very good hotel and we had a good stay. The heated rooftop swimming pool is a plus ! However, upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. We had to bring all of them up to the room by ourselves. Some amenities are missing in the room, no toothbrush, nor cottons, shower cap and etc. No glassware and neither minibar in the room. It is a nice hotel but pls don’t expect a 5 star service and amenities.

FIR501The sea view from the room is decent, but the room is small. There might be some rattling noises due to thermal expansion and contraction. It's a standard hotel. There's a clay court club downstairs, but the facilities aren't as good as the nearby Pullman for the same price. The breakfast is acceptable.

The hotel environment feels safe, and the Chinese dishes for lunch and dinner were quite good, though breakfast was a bit underwhelming. The bedding was comfortable and very clean.

The room is very good overall and the area is very good. But I lived on the 2nd floor this time. It was very noisy at 6 or 7 in the morning. The sound of car horns outside the building was also a variety of rumbling sounds. I couldn't bear to go to the front desk. It was useless.

We have been pampered by Aloft hotel!!! Carlos from the front desk made sure that we will have a great time celebrating our anniversary in Peru! We were offered a corner room with great views and a special treat as well! The lobby is in level L. Breakfast was healthy and superb with lots of great options! The room was huge! Plus points to the shower which gives spa vibes, great choice of tiles and shower head! Will definitely recommend to family and friends! Thank you, Carlos, for making us feel special!
