GgenewiloMy partner and I have just returned to the United Kingdom after having a trip to Europe, the final destination of our travels was at the very beautiful and picturesque hotel. The hotel is very well situated to river and minutes away from the Old Town. The interior is beautiful and the decor clearly reflects the reason why it’s a highly rated hotel. Our room was situated on the second floor and there is a lift for those who overindulge in the cuisine or infamous Slovak wines 😁 the staff are all smarty presented in their appearance and polite, the breakfast is varied and it is self service even the hot/cold drinks, so please bare that in mind if you’re mobility is restricted when dining in the restaurant for breakfast. The only negative I can recall, and this is no reflection of the hotel, the hospitality or staff as it was “other guests” having no consideration for guests still in their slumber or at least trying to be. Guests would allow their room doors to slam closed and guests would talk loudly on the corridor throughout the evening/night/morning. So next time I’d probably request a room on the top floor to avoid the inconsiderate guests 👍

Location: centrally located, 10-15 mins walking distance to most attractions like Bratislava Castle, Old Town Hall, Michael’s Gate etc, tram stations just within 2 mins away!
Breakfast: good choice, particularly impressed when they extended the ending time by 10 mins on a Sunday as there were a lot of new guests the night before who might not have been aware of the ending time!
Service: nice and friendly staff!
Cleanliness: spotless from what I can see which is nice!
Rooms: I thought I was staying in a flat for a second, super big and roomy, with sofa, a separate living area, impressive!
Facilities: good gym, but the sauna costs a bit which is unexpected (and rare, consider it is a decent 4*…) so didn’t use it, and the lobby was a bit dim when I checked in at night, but not a major issue.

PPearl08Good location,excellent customer service. The room is big with modern design, complete with electric kettle(with the usual coffee,tea & sugar) & small fridge. Good selection in the breakfast buffet. It’s a nice touch that they put the guest’s name in the room’s t.v & a small card from the housekeeping staff. I was happy with the cleanliness, until I saw a stain in the duvet/comforter (which looks like an old blood). I only saw it on the morning of check-out when the duvet cover accidentally opened when i was tidying-up the bed. I mentioned it to the reception staff & she said she will feedback to the housekeeping.

MMarius ZThe location is ok, easy to reach the old town, the castle or climb the hill for the city panoramic view. Tesco express is not super far. The room is with impressive 4 meter ceilings and huge bath tub. All would have been good if not paper thin wall or terrible sound isolation from other rooms, I could hear very clearly what my neighbors were talking and they weren’t event talking loud. Luckily my neighbors went to sleep around 11 PM.

I was completely amazed by how clean, modern, confy, and convenient the hostel was. The beds all came with a separate locker section (operated by card key) and multiple shelves, and my compartment was able to close off using pull-down curtains.
One of the things that stood out about this stay was the check-in and out processes, as they were fully automated and did not require staff intervention. I was able to swiftly do them.
The staff were also very kind, and there seemed to always be somebody at the front desk, as there was a member at the front desk even at 5AM.
One thing which might be improved are the bathrooms, since the floor is almost constantly wet from the shower section on the further end side of the room.
Overall, I am very satisfied by the stay and if I were to visit Bratislava again, I would like to book here.

GGuest UserThe hotel is nice and close to the train station but a little inconvenient to get there. The neighborhood is not that nice but does appear to be safe. Mass transit is easy to access from the hotel. The breakfast buffet was nice. They are accommodating if you want to leave your luggage after you check out.

GGuest UserWhy not many reviews?? This is a not very expensive, impressive,clean experience in europe. Also position of hotel is not that bad. You can feel like local people! Nature friendly but not many beetles. It is safe from bedbugs ! Also breakfast is excellent.
후기 왤케 적죠? 그리 안비싸고,깨끗하고 괜찮아요. 유럽의 숙소중에선 꽤나 좋았고, 위치도 그렇게 안나빠요. 걷는거 좋아하시거나 다뉴브강,브라티슬라바 성 근처고 로컬감성 느끼기 좋습니다. 빈대는 절대없고,벌레도 거의 없구요. 아침이 한국 뷔페마냥 잘나옵니다 ㅋㅋ
Im gonna visit again if I came slovakia again :)

There is no air conditioning, no screens, and there is a fan. The advantage is that there is a free parking lot, which is a ten-minute walk away. Bus station, direct to the old town. Attached is a photo of the ticket purchase, No. 42, buy the ticket from the yellow machine, within 30 minutes, first gear, insert coins after the button, have coins ready, you can also swipe your visa card.
