"The hotel's location was very convenient, with the Old Town Square within walking distance. The property is situated on a slight uphill, which can be a bit tiring when carrying luggage, but otherwise it wasn't an issue. Overall, the hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was very good. We stayed for three nights and had housekeeping once. The hotel uses a sustainability system where guests select which services they would like completed, which is a thoughtful idea. However, some dusty surfaces, such as the tables and cabinets, were not wiped down, and we had expected those to be cleaned as part of the service. We also forgot to request a coffee refill on the housekeeping form. When we later asked at reception, we were charged for a coffee pod. The cost was very small, but it was a little confusing since the coffee was described as complimentary. Despite these minor points, we had a very pleasant stay overall and would consider staying here again."

"The receptionist was amazing and very helpful. The room was large and clean. Parking was cheap and the garage was secure. However, the bathroom was dated and it was very difficult to shower without spraying water everywhere. The walls are also very thin. Overall, it was a nice stay."
