The staff was very pleasant and accommodating during our single nite stay. They approached us like we were recurring customers, made us feel at home. We only had lunch and it’s hard to tell how you could make the Mediterranean salad bland - the dressing was awful The breakfast made up for it as it was awesome We will stay again!!

Great
The hotel is great for those wanting to visit the Woodbury Common outlets. There is a shuttle bus to ferry guests to and from the outlet. Breakfast is basic and doesn’t vary when we were there for two nights but enough to fill you up for the day. There is also a self servicelaundry room for those who wish to use it and a supermarket within walking distance from the hotel.

Very Good
This is the third time I stayed at this hotel . It is convenient to the highway and to get to my son's home. Very friendly and helpful . We had a very late check in and some one was there to help us.

This is an excellent motel and we would stay here again. The rooms and facilities are all very good and staff were friendly and efficient.

GGuest UserHotel carpet in the hallway was in a state of disrepair, separated from the adhesive and a potential trip hazard. The hallway did not smell like pot but our room smelled on several occasions probably as a result of the room next door. Staff was friendly. We would not stay here again.

Small an cozy room.Best for a shot visit to Outlet Woodbury.Very NEAR Just 3 min Drive. The best is after shopping you can Park in Front of your room.Easy to get all Shopping bag in room.An room is Ok a bit out of Date.But Clean Only thing what is a bit wrong for me .Is the bed is so hight.Abf was good.

Though outside looked run down, room was clean, beds comfortable. Service was good, staff friendly… keys and hairdryer that didn’t work were immediately replaced with working keys and new hairdryer. Microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker were provided also. Location was close to West Point which is what we needed….. but I wouldn’t want to be alone in parking lot after dark!
