"Overall the stay was pleasant! I was surprised to find the hotel hidden away in a residential building occupying only half a floor but it was definitely a very local experience you might not easily find. The historical elevator was a gem. Check-in was a bit confusing as we didn't know it was self check-in but luckily a staff was there to assist. My room initially didn't come with the key for the building's front door so as a group of 3, we had to rely on my friend's key that came with her room. A bit inconvenient but I was later provided with the key on the third day. Room was clean and tidy. Close to subway but I took the tram everyday. Would definitely come back if I'm in Milan again!"

The staff are very fast to respond and receive through WhatsApp, have a good attitude and check-in quickly. The room is not big, but the whole is very clean. "It was a neighboring block where our room was on the 4th floor along with the other few more and the ”community kitchen” (which we didn't use or know to open because we were given keys with which we could not open anything (not known to do so) and we use the code provided on all doors to access the building and rooms).
