GGuest UserA wonderful hotel in Zurich with an excellent location, just a short walk from the main railway station, central markets, and key city attractions. The service quality is outstanding, with very attentive staff and a high level of customer loyalty, making you feel truly welcome from the very first moment. I will definitely stay here again. I also highly recommend paying attention to the pavilion located next to the hotel, where they prepare exceptional risotto — a true gastronomic delight.

WWZzanI took a car from the airport to the train station, and then it was about a 10-15 minute walk to the hotel. I arrived around 11 PM. Fortunately, I had received an email beforehand with the entry code, so getting the key and checking in was very smooth. The location is excellent, quite close to nearby attractions.

GGuest UserThe location was very convenient, near a station with many lines. You can't enter from the front of the building, so you have to go around to the back. There are two key boxes lined up, and the key comes out from the one that matches the key code. The key code will be sent to you by email from the hotel immediately after booking, and you can get the key code by entering the necessary information.
I read a lot of reviews, so I was pretty prepared, but it was less inconvenient than I thought it would be.
The shower had a curtain, so the toilet didn't get flooded. The amenities were a gel that included body soap and shampoo (as is the case everywhere in Switzerland), so if you are concerned about that, I recommend bringing your own body soap, shampoo, and conditioner.
The TV didn't turn on. The window didn't close completely, so I blocked it with a weight. The walls are thin enough that you can hear the neighbors walking and the phone ringing, and the building is old.
Checking out is also done by putting the key in the box. It feels more like an Airbnb than a hotel.
I stayed for one night and checked in late and checked out early, so it didn't bother me too much and I thought it was reasonable considering the price.
