Loved the hotel & room deco. It's conveniently located near Zurich Main Train Station (7 mins walk) & also near Old Town (Altstadt) & Bahnhofstrasse. No hot water provided in room, like most hotels we stayed in Switzerland. Tap water is drinkable tho. You can request for room slippers & they have a free sauna & gym on the 7th floor. Definitely no children allowed to stay here. The bathroom has a transparent glass🤭 Migrolino (similar to 7-11) is located 200m away from hotel. Can easily pick up snacks, dinner & drinks. Would love to return for a stay next time I'm in Zurich.

Great hotel with fantastic, spacious rooms and really friendly service, from the bar staff to the front desk. It's wonderfully quiet, the beds are superb, and the facilities are excellent. And of course, don't forget the free bikes you can borrow! The complimentary minibar and the great in-room box are always a nice touch too! Would happily stay again!

Clean and tidy with a quiet environment. The front desk staff were also very welcoming. The triple room was quite spacious. There's a tram right outside that goes directly to the train station, which is super convenient!

Had an exceptional stay with my family though it was a very short stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They went so far as to make sure we had a great time for our short stay. We'll definitely book again..😊

Located on a mountain, during the peak season for lilacs, the hotel staff, though shy and professional, diligently served each guest despite their limited English. A special commendation was given to the hotel reception for daily complimentary fresh apples. Their manager, a finance graduate who transitioned to this role to balance work and family, remained remarkably professional and elegant, leaving a lasting impression. Their respect for Chinese culture, their understanding of Sino-Swiss cultural exchange, and their natural conversation about the China-Europe Railway Express made us feel truly valued. Furthermore, everything from breakfast and bedding to honeymoon arrangements and timely directions was impeccable. We are extremely grateful for all of this and wish the hotel continued success!

I had a genuinely pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place to others. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, attentive, and very easy to communicate with. Any requests I had were handled quickly and efficiently, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. Everything I needed was available, and the facilities were in good condition and easy to use. I especially appreciated the comfortable atmosphere — it felt like a place where you could truly relax after a long day. The environment was also quiet, which made it easy to get good rest. In terms of overall experience, the hotel offers great value for money. Both the service and the facilities met (and in some aspects exceeded) my expectations. The first day when we arrived on the 13th of August , the guy at the front desk was very friendly and polite.The hotel is located near tram and train station and bus station so it is was very convenient to go anywhere. Tram is 4mins walk away ,10mins walk to supermarket and train station. And 15mins by tram to the Zurich airport . Hotel cleanliness is an issue, very dusty floor,dirty sink,and dirty toilet bowl. I even asked twice the receptionist the guy on duty if they can clean our room and put a fresh towel but no one came to clean.Room service is not 24hrs. Air conditioning doesn’t cool the room down. No tv channels. Hotel service is below standard. Merlyn from London

Hotel is a 10 min walk from the bus station which connects to the train from the airport. The same bus station that takes to the central train station. It costs about 12CHF to 18CHF to or from train station. Hotel provides free rental bicycles which is very convenient. Facilities are OK. Room size is reasonable. Be aware that the uncovered glass of the shower may not suitable for all if privacy is important. The room we stayed were extremely hot. While it is only 14°-18° outside, the room temperature is definitely 30°+. It made hard to wear the proper clothing to fit the temperature for the day. No aircon, the only way to cool the room down is to open the side window which leaves no wall from the room to outside of the building. Yes, the only barrier are a couple of metal bars between the desk against the window to outside the building from our ninth floor room. Plus the window can closed by itself, you need to reopen it multiple times if you want the cooler air for a little longer. It’s hard for a hot night sleep. Breakfast is good and has good variety of the food and drinks. It costs 24CHF p.p. if it is pre-ordered. If stays in the same room, no, it is not recommended to stay here. It may have other rooms that are not as hot as the one we stayed.

This hotel shares a building and front desk with an Ibis. The room was quite spacious, with central air conditioning, a fridge, microwave, and basic kitchen facilities. It's about an 8-minute walk from Zurich main station, which is very convenient. Be aware that you need to actively request room cleaning at the front desk, otherwise, it won't be done. Also, the Wi-Fi signal in my room was poor; I'm not sure about other rooms. Overall, I was quite satisfied, and the front desk staff were very friendly.
