"Pros and Cons
Pros: unbeatable location (directly opposite the bus terminal, and only a few minutes' walk from the train station). The room was clean, and they offered complimentary self-service coffee and tea bags. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room was too small (barely any space left after the double bed was in), especially considering the high price. There was no refrigerator in the room. The lift was tiny, only fitting two large pieces of luggage and two passengers. No kettle was provided in the room. The bathroom and toilet doors didn't have locks, which lacked privacy. As a small hotel, there were no other facilities."

"What a brilliant find on Trip.com! This hotel completely exceeded our expectations. The rooms were beautifully decorated and carefully thought out, with incredibly comfortable beds and a spotless environment. The front desk staff were first-class—so friendly and helpful.
The location is a major highlight. Being right next to a tram stop was perfect, and discovering a large Aldi just a 3-minute walk away made it even better.
We stayed in a basic room (114), which had a kettle but no fridge. However, a handy service room on the second floor offered a microwave, plates, and fresh towels if needed. Our room had a balcony which overlooked a woodland. During our stay we had uninterrupted sleep due to very low noise levels and quality blackout curtains.
Our 3-night experience was excellent, and we will definitely be back. Thank you, Harry's Home! 💐"

Great hotel with fantastic, spacious rooms and really friendly service, from the bar staff to the front desk. It's wonderfully quiet, the beds are superb, and the facilities are excellent. And of course, don't forget the free bikes you can borrow! The complimentary minibar and the great in-room box are always a nice touch too! Would happily stay again!

Guest Userhighly recommend this hotel, convenient to central train station, walk to main shopping street for 15 mins. the room is very stylish, a bicycle is placed inside the room, maybe u can ride with it. I didn't use it as we drove. the mini bar is free of charge and can refill when necessary. Room cleaning is upon requested.
Just a little bit noisy in the morning as it is located near the train station, but I can sleep without problem. There are around 20 carpark spaces in front of the hotel. it's very convenient for driving but space is limited, you can get the parking space for luck. and you can walk for 10 mins for another carpark if necessary.
it's my first time in Zurich and I'm glad to stay here.

sportspoonIts actually quite a walk from Zurich HB if u're travelling with an elderly, but my mother made it. There's actually a bus that you can take to the 'Central' bus stop and walk from there tho googlemap wont route u there coz its relatively a short walk. We stayed here for 1 night on arrival. Very comfortable and friendly staff.

One of my favorite hotel in Zurich, overall our stay is pleasant. Comfy room and feels like home and our room is facing to the Zurich Lake. Not to forget the hotel breakfast spread is very good and a lot of Swiss ingredients.

ldanxiService: This is where the hotel truly shines. All the staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and thoughtful. They provided detailed explanations and actively offered assistance. I especially appreciated encountering two Chinese-speaking staff members who not only wished me a Happy New Year but also engaged with me in Chinese, making me feel right at home.
Environment: The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the main train station and all the attractions in the Old Town, all within walking distance. The hotel design is appealing, and the little calf statue at the entrance is adorable.
Facilities: The room was spacious, especially the bathroom. However, the pillows weren't very comfortable and might not be ideal for people with neck problems.
Cleanliness: Generally good, but the details left something to be desired. There was a faint, persistent odor from the refrigerator in the room, even though it was empty, suggesting that ventilation needs improvement. Also, one of the towels had noticeable orange-red stains.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The customer service at the front desk greeted us warmly and mentioned that they would make our final hotel experience during the trip a wonderful ending. They delivered our heavy luggage to our room without us even asking, which we greatly appreciated, especially since we had come from Zurich. :)
The breakfast offered a variety of options, although it still needs some enhancement. The meat section is made to order to ensure freshness, but we didn't notice that clause written in the menu.
The hotel's location is strategic, being close to Zurich's old town and shopping districts. The tram stop is just a three-minute walk away, and trams pass right in front of the hotel. Fortunately, our room was located on the quieter side of the hotel, and we were glad to have a balcony in our room.

The hotel is self-check in, Ctrip did not send a reservation number starting with 4, resulting in the need to contact the hotel staff to check in. The location of the hotel is not close to the train station, it takes 10 minutes to walk or take the tram. But at this price, there are not many choices in Zurich, but fortunately the hotel is clean and business trips are ok.

Guest UserOverpriced accommodation because the building is old and the bed was not propely maintained upon arrival, also very difficult to find out the room because according to the instruction the room number and floor mentioned on the key, however there was not proper information provided on the key there was too many number it was very difficult to understand especially for tourist person or any new cummers. I would like to suggest they should be allocate the one person in the building who can assist to the people . Bed was totally uncomfortable, LED was too old no smart TV, if anyone coming from any other countries so how they will be understand the Channel on TV. They should be updated the things, I'm not fully satisfied, one main thing on arrival room door was already opened. It was so strange for me and I was struggling to find out the room till 1 hour. Apart from that, location wise it was ok near to the tram, bus, and train station as well as near to the airport.
