MM574033****This time I came to see Zhou Shen's concert. The hotel staff service is particularly good. I sleep lightly and am afraid of noisy. The front desk lady specially arranged a room away from the elevator. Because some rooms smelled of smoke, the staff asked me to choose a room without smoke. The hotel also provides free breakfast and dinner (although I couldn't catch up with dinner because I went out to play), the cleaning aunt was also very intimate to ask what help I needed, mineral water and paper were also put in advance (I stayed for 4 nights), and it was very comfortable to live here. The twin room is on the side of the road. I am also worried that it will be noisy at night, not bad, and quiet at night. It is about 3 kilometers away from the stadium. It is more convenient to ride a shared electric bicycle, and it will be there in ten minutes. There is also a Kawanka milk tea shop and Zhanji pastry shop nearby. There is a restaurant downstairs, such as Uncle Fat. After watching the concert, you can eat late night downstairs, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserThis stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was impeccably clean, the bedding was spotless, and the bathroom was spotless. Every detail was meticulously thought out. The front desk and service staff were warm and attentive, providing attentive care from check-in to check-out, and their requests were responsive. The hotel offers a tranquil and elegant environment, with pleasant landscaping and spacious, bright public areas. The most surprising thing was the free airport transfer service. The driver was punctual and waiting, and the luggage handling and route planning were all very professional, greatly enhancing our travel convenience. I would stay here again!

NNayimolan～The old Yangtze River Hotel before the Yi Hotel, I was very satisfied with my stay. The check-in procedure at the front desk was very fast and the service was enthusiastic. Because we came to Hefei with our one-year-old granddaughter and there were a lot of things. There was a little staff member who helped us carry our luggage. , I really feel at home! The room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich and tastes good!

The room was exceptionally comfortable, and I was really satisfied with the hot water. Dining options nearby were also quite convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm back. AAnonymous UserOur two-night stay in the courtyard room was quite relaxing and enjoyable. The environment was lovely, the restaurant served delicious food, and there's a spot for fishing. Although the courtyard was small, it was very cozy to sit in and perfect for taking photos. The butler service was excellent; they were always responsive and answered all our questions. During the holiday season, it was evident that the staff were working very hard. My family had a good rest, and the children had a great time, so overall, I gave it a positive rating.
However! Compared to other guesthouses of similar or even lower price points, when fully booked, their capacity to handle guests clearly fell short. For example, our room was still being cleaned close to the 3 PM check-in time. During check-in, the staff were so busy they couldn't even offer water. There was also a lack of staff guidance from parking to check-in and luggage assistance. At 9 PM, the hot water ran out halfway through my shower, forcing a cold one, and there was no prior warning that this could be an issue (I reported it to the butler, but received no follow-up beyond an apology). At dinner, many guests at the restaurant were kept waiting for their dishes. The layout of the courtyard room wasn't very practical; one side of the electric screen curtain was broken, and there were quite a few mosquitoes. Although I asked the butler for insect repellent, it really should have been provided proactively.
It was also a bit disappointing that the complimentary 'goodnight sweet soup' had to be picked up from the restaurant. Information about activities at the activity center was only available upon direct inquiry. The painted fan activity advertised was no longer available, yet it was still listed on the blackboard and promoted online. In reality, there weren't many activities to do.
If service quality cannot be guaranteed, why not open fewer rooms and focus more on service quality? I hope the hotel management considers improvements for the future. Overall, I found it acceptable, but it didn't quite live up to the hype, especially considering the value for money during the holiday season.

RRobert JanNice hotel. The room is spacious and clean, there’s lots of furniture available. Wifi works well. Towels and amenities are changed every day and the bed is made. The breakfast was pretty good and every day there was something different to choose from. The only problem was with registering my stay as a foreigner, the receptionists seem to be inexperienced at registering foreigners - it took them over an hour which I had to spend with them at the reception desk, I even had to call trip.com to ask for help. They even told me to leave and find another hotel (even though the whole stay was paid for already), but I insisted and in the end I was allowed to stay. Great hotel overall, but the reception staff needs more training.
