Is not far from Hefei south station . Surrounding is quiet …. but a short Didi ride away is MexC shopping mall. Lots of food n shopping Was given an upgrade Thank u so much Room is huge n neat n very good is not expensive The breakfast spread is sufficient , not a lot of choices but I enjoy it. Review: I had a disappointing experience during my recent stay at this hotel. Last year, the staff were excellent, but this year, I encountered issues. After staying for a few nights, I realized I had misplaced my bag. I approached the receptionist, a woman who had been working that night, to inquire if she had found anything on the chair or if I had left something behind. Instead of assisting me, she shouted in my face, repeatedly saying, “No, no, no, before I start talking to send her my problem.” This response was both unhelpful and unprofessional. Effective communication and assistance are crucial in hospitality, especially when guests are seeking help with lost items. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the individual staff member but also on the hotel’s reputation as a whole. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure future guests receive the courteous and helpful service they deserve.
