Very dissatisfied. After turning on the air conditioner for half a day at 16 degrees, the room temperature was still above 25 degrees. I called the front desk and they said the air conditioner was central air conditioner and the fresh air did not cool. The solution was that a guy with a good attitude came and took me to three rooms to see if I could change rooms. He also sent an electric fan, but the problem could not be solved. The room temperature was still very high. I was surprised. The customer said it was hot, why didn't they turn down the central air conditioner? What does it mean? The temperature in Hefei is hot at noon and cool in the morning and evening, but the room is still very hot. Why not turn on the cooling?

I've been staying at the Fuma Hotel Hefei High-tech Zone for my recent business trips, and the experience has been fantastic! The room is very comfortable, and all the amenities are incredibly practical, especially the washer-dryer combo. Being able to wash and dry clothes whenever I want during my several-day stay is super convenient for business travelers. The breakfast offers a wide variety and is delicious, making for a pleasant start to the day. What's most thoughtful is the butler service; I didn't have to worry about a thing throughout my stay. Any issues I had, Cathy the butler resolved them immediately, which was a huge relief. This is definitely a place to consider for business trips.

I chose this hotel because of its room size. Got upgraded to a suite. Large room with technology and all amenities. The hotel provides 6 complimentary bottles of water for guest, the most I have ever seen. The staff was super friendly. Breakfast area is large with multiple food stations and good variety of dishes. The hotel is next to the #5 Metro station BaiShuiBa - convenient to go to Hefei railway stations and city attractions. The hotel is new and the construction is still going on to build the indoor pool and gym. It does not have a bar - maybe there are bars in the two restaurants inside the hotel. Look forward to stay here again. Hopefully all construction will be done by then.

[Facility and Service Needs] - Accommodation 🏠 My husband and I work hard, so for our vacation, we just wanted a place with good air, excellent service, and convenient facilities where we could relax. We chose the Guanshanfang, which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking green hills and a pond. When we opened the windows, the sounds of birds and insects, along with a gentle breeze, filled the room – it was incredibly soothing. - Dining 🍽️ The hotel has an in-house restaurant that serves three meals a day. Breakfast is complimentary, while other meals are self-paid, costing around 100+ RMB per person. The menu offers a good variety, and considering we didn't have to leave the hotel, the food quality and price were acceptable. - Service The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Anything we needed could be delivered to our room, and they patiently answered our questions and offered guidance regarding travel advice and everyday queries. On busy weekends, things occasionally felt a bit rushed, likely because the hotel is relatively new and still finding its rhythm. - Getting Around For those who enjoy hiking and sightseeing, there's a mountain about 500m from the hotel suitable for trekking, with a temple at the summit. Additionally, about 10 kilometers away, you can access the Lunan Chuanzang Scenic Route for a scenic drive up to Zhaiji Mountain for some breathtaking views. My parents thoroughly enjoyed it. If you plan on exploring, driving is recommended. - Other Amenities The hotel features a swimming pool, gym, and laundry room. They also offer sound healing and handmade sachet workshops. Even if you don't venture out, there's enough to keep you occupied and entertained for at least a day within the hotel. I hope they'll add sports facilities like a badminton court in the future, which would surely attract even more guests. Overall, we were very happy we chose Daiaoshanju for this trip; it's definitely worth a visit.

Cribs and children's slippers are available. There's also an indoor heated pool, sauna, and a usable gym. 5. **Great Value for Money:** During peak season, lake-view rooms are priced at 600–800 RMB per night, which is more reasonable compared to new hotels of a similar caliber.

This is an older five-star hotel, and it was so comfortable to stay in. There wasn't that strong new hotel or budget hotel smell, the bedding was fresh, and it was very quiet at night. A really great experience! The breakfast was also excellent 👍

The rooms were very clean, and the hotel has a pool table and gym – all the amenities are complete. The receptionist, Ms. Wang Lei, provided excellent service! This veteran five-star hotel, though a bit aged, is exceptionally well-maintained, especially in its service. From department managers to the cleaning staff, everyone greets you with a warm smile, making you feel truly welcomed. For just over 600 yuan, a standard room with breakfast for two offers excellent value for money. The hotel boasts a prime location with incredibly convenient transport links; the Line 1 subway station is right downstairs. Since we stayed for four consecutive days, on our last day, the lobby manager personally escorted us to the executive lounge to enjoy complimentary afternoon tea and an evening light meal, and even upgraded our room to an executive room. Thanks to the convenient transport, we primarily used the subway for sightseeing, which was both fast and economical. The breakfast spread was extensive and delicious. The Chinese restaurant also offered a rich variety of dishes at very reasonable prices.
