The room facilities are also excellent, and the smart toilet is a definite plus. The breakfast is very rich and varied. "My stay at Grand Hyatt Hefei exceeded all expectations! The location is absolutely fantastic, right above MixC Shopping Mall, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping. My high-floor room offered breathtaking views, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Swan Lake – the nightscape was truly dazzling and so calming. The room itself had a lovely Chinese Zen aesthetic, clean and elegant, with comfortable bedding and top-notch facilities (Dyson hairdryer, smart toilet). The service was attentive and thoughtful, warm yet discreet, with great attention to detail. Breakfast was lavish, featuring a great mix of local specialties and international dishes. The high-altitude pool and gym were first-rate, giving a real resort feel. Overall, it was perfect; I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hefei!"

The room features a VIP giant projector with crystal-clear picture quality, offering an immersive experience for binge-watching shows or movies that far surpasses a traditional TV. Turn off the lights, and it's your own private cinema. Right next to the floor-to-ceiling windows is a standalone bathtub, another of the hotel's killer features. Imagine: as night falls, you fill the tub with hot water and soak while enjoying Hefei's city skyline or the twinkling lights through the 180° floor-to-ceiling windows – all your fatigue instantly melts away. Some room types also boast smart heated toilets and a wet/dry separated bathroom design, where the toilet, shower, and sink areas are distinctly separated, ensuring privacy and adding a touch of premium detail."

"The hotel is a 15-minute taxi ride from the high-speed train station, and it's just a short drive to the nearby Intime commercial street. From my room, I had a clear view of the surrounding office buildings. The workspace in the room was excellent, with a well-designed small desk and chair. The front desk staff, Elsa and Naomi, were incredibly warm and attentive. They even offer multi-port chargers and umbrellas for loan. The Wi-Fi was stable, and I had no issues with video conferences. In the evening, I explored the 'Tianjie Xiaoxiang' area recommended by the hotel, which had a wonderful local vibe. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM, so it's convenient for those catching early flights as they can pack it to go. This hotel perfectly balances efficiency and a sense of local life. Highly recommend for business travelers. I'll definitely be back!"

"Where to stay in Luyang District? Shangri-La, of course! Don't ask me how I know, I've experienced it firsthand (quiet, clean, and fully equipped). The rooms are quite spacious, just a bit dated in terms of decor. They could definitely add an air purifier. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's peaceful, which I really like. The coffee is decent, though there aren't many Western breakfast options."

"Hands down, this is the best five-star hotel in Hefei! Especially the food quality, it's top-notch! 1. **Service**: They contacted me via WeChat a day in advance to confirm my needs. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly arranged, and my room was upgraded. I also received welcome fruits and drinks. From the moment I stepped out of the car to the lobby and then to the front desk, multiple staff members proactively offered to help with my luggage. Every staff member I encountered, from the entrance to my room, greeted me with a smile. When checking out, the doorman actively assisted with my luggage. 2. **Facilities**: The room facilities were all standard and complete, including an air purifier. The AC had low noise, and hot water was instant (within 3 seconds). I didn't find any damaged facilities or noticeable hygiene issues. The toiletries were InterContinental's standard, and they were decent. The toilet paper and tissue paper were comfortable to use. The toothbrush quality was acceptable, but the brush head was small and a bit hard on the gums; I suggest the hotel consider changing them. 3. **Dining (see pictures)**: The variety and taste of the food at the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour were the best I've ever experienced at a hotel – truly excellent value for money! The breakfast quality was also remarkably high, rarely seen even in standard five-star hotels; it was simply stunning. 4. **Location**: It's in the government district, with all amenities nearby and convenient transportation. It's also right next to Swan Lake, offering excellent views. I rarely bother to write reviews, but this time, I genuinely enjoyed my stay and had to give it a thumbs-up! I hope to visit again."

"I always stay at the丽芮 (Rezen) whenever I'm in Hefei. I'm a loyal customer of this particular branch, and I wanted to clarify something: my previous review was purely a mistake; I accidentally selected the wrong hotel and meant to review a hotel in Dalian. My sincerest apologies! I'm actually incredibly satisfied with my experience here! As a high-end Rezen brand under Jinjiang, the overall decor is stylish and minimalist, with a fantastic design aesthetic. The public areas are clean and chic. The guest rooms are equipped with top-brand amenities, and the cleanliness is meticulous. The breakfast buffet offers a rich selection of fresh dishes that taste great, including local specialties, which is a nice touch. The self-service laundry room allows for both washing and drying. Every time I use it, the front desk helps with the washing, drying, and even delivers the clothes to my room. Both the facilities and services are excellent, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. It's also very close to the South Station, just one stop away (and they offer free shuttle service to and from the station). This is definitely my top choice for business trips or travel accommodation, and I'll continue to stay here regularly in the future."
