Health is acceptable, the service is basically self-service except for check-in, and the night sky of the forest town is full of stars.

CCMD RWCustomer service was absolutely top notch, everyone was very kind and attentive. My only complaint is the laundry room wasnt sticked with some soap fornpirchase soni couldnt do laundry(and I really needed to lol). Ots within walking distance to Old Town Temecula so would be easy to go for some drinks and not have an issue getting home. Was quiet at night and didnt feel unsafe one bit. The room thatvi had did not have a mini fridge so prepare for that

MMarioInitial room had bathroom door falling off the hinges.
After 2 requests and front desk visit repair man was sent out. Said he fixed it and door fell again. (Photo is after it was “fixed”). Put out kids in the shower to see a long hair pool to the drain!
After this they upgraded our room. Shampoo mount was on the floor in the shower. Did not inform guests that one set of pools would be closed down for two days of our visit due to upcoming event. Day 2 we were woken up at 8AM to the sound of drilling as workers put together a stage next to our room. At 11:45 at night we again spoke to the front desk because the loud sounds of drilling due to them STILL putting together a stage. Worker letting us know they were “almost done”. On day 3 the same drilling a shouting as the crew we still setting up the stage.
Visited the front desk twice more to speak to management about our issue and was told that a manager was not available, to come back in the morning. We did, and again told that “manager not available”.

GGuest UserI was expecting a rather poor experience based on some of the reviews but was pleasantly surprised that the room was recently remodeled. Also everything in the room looked new expect for the shower on-off lever which was strange. Anyway, everything was good but I will note the room was very small but considering the low price I’m not complaining.

GGuest UserIt's not in the center, but Palm Springs itself is not that big, so it was easy to get around.
The bedding was clean, and the outdoor pool was clean. They serve coffee in the office in the morning.
There's also ample parking.
The facilities are generally old. The light in front of the desk was broken, but they fixed it when I asked the desk.
The staff are all friendly.
If you book cheaply, it's a good value choice.

YYUEHUIRelatively simple, no breakfast. We ate egg fried rice outside! The house is very small. The front desk closes at night and goes through the bulletproof glass. I don't know if it is because the surrounding security is not good.

The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was a simple yet very pleasant stay, and we truly appreciated the hospitality.
Thank you for providing such a wonderful and affordable place to rest—we’ll definitely choose Motel 6 again in the future!

GGuest UserCigarette butts on the ground all around the facilities. Dog poop was on the Stairs going up to our 2nd floor room. No heat only air conditioner all night so couldn’t sleep when it’s 48 outside and no additional blankets. No shampoo or conditioner available. But good walking distance to downtown
