"The room was spacious which was great but had little tiny brown ants that bit me. Another bummer Bed was super hard like a rock , on my request though they put two toppers on it but toppers were also kinda hard but atleast ot helped me get some sleep but by second night my back and neck was sore from the hardness of the bed. One pool was working which was beautiful the second one was under construction . The breakfast was below average and i ordered lunch from that breezee restaurant on arrival as i was v hungry the grilled chicken came like a rubbery meat… i couldn’t believe that was resort’s food.. the chiken was horrible cant cut it and it jst had rubbery texture ( don’t know what was it) was v disappointed by the food there. But later there are alot of good food and healthy breakfast options outside the hotel like 300-500 meters away. So better enjoy nice meals there. I did like the seating area outside the resorts restaurant was pleasantly breezy and you can enjoy ocean view . For me the stay was 6 out of 10. If they can improve service like more warm and congenial reception at front desk and better food quality and more comfortable mattress and bug spray to get rid of ants in room( probably it was due to old wooden furniture that attracts those tiny brown ants easily) it can be a wonderful place to stay. Hope the hotel takes the suggestions in consideration."

"Overview This was our first time staying at the property, and overall, we found it to be a pleasant family-oriented destination with several positive highlights alongside a few areas for potential improvement. Service and Staff The service throughout our stay was exceptionally good. The staff members were consistently friendly, polite, and professional. Due to the holiday period, the hotel was operating at a high occupancy level, resulting in a minor wait during check-in; however, this was entirely within expected parameters. Housekeeping was equally reliable, with staff maintaining a high standard of professionalism and security within the guest rooms. Accommodations and Facilities Room Layout and Views: We booked a ”sea view” room. While the sea is technically visible, the architectural layout of the main building resembles a ”T” shape, meaning direct ocean-facing rooms are limited. From our specific balcony, the sea was visible only by looking to the far left, while the primary view from the bed overlooked the parking area and neighboring buildings. Room Comfort and Amenities: The shower facilities were notably spacious and comfortable. As a guest of larger stature, I found the bathroom amenities and the heavy-duty, armrest-free dining chairs to be exceptionally accommodating and comfortable. Noise Levels: Our room was located on the 7th floor overlooking the pool. During daytime hours, ambient noise from children using the pool area was clearly audible. Consequently, guests seeking a quiet retreat should note that this functions primarily as a family-friendly resort. Dining The breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection with numerous options to suit various preferences. While the international and general selections were satisfactory, the traditional Thai dishes received a more modest reception. Location and Accessibility Access and Navigation: The hotel is situated in a slightly secluded location, which may lead navigation systems to take less direct routes upon arrival. Parking was generally adequate, though limited during the busy holiday period. Proximity to the Beach: The property is located a short distance from the beach rather than directly on it. The walking route requires crossing a footbridge, along which a noticeable stagnant water odor may be encountered."

"I was looking for a hotel in Pattaya for around 4000 yen per night, and I found this one. It was incredibly clean, and the staff were very friendly. The bed, in particular, was spotless, and while the room wasn't huge, it was extremely comfortable. So, if you're looking for a clean and affordable stay in Pattaya, I highly recommend this hotel."

"This positive review is solely due to the excellent service from the Trip.com staff. I had high expectations for this hotel, but from check-in to finding our room, we had to drag two large suitcases ourselves. I had previously left a note requesting a high floor and not an end room, as I was traveling with a child. The hotel completely ignored my request, giving us a ground floor end room. My child and I were bitten by mosquitoes, and I had to go to the front desk myself to ask for mosquito repellent, as there was none in the room. Even worse, there's a small fountain on the room's balcony and a huge water feature right outside the room door, making it incredibly noisy. Aside from having three pools that lead directly to the beach, this older resort hotel has outdated facilities. The sink was broken, and the toilet was old. It was just okay."

"The infinity pool is quite close to the sea, making it very relaxing to soak in the water and gaze at the ocean. The dining area also offers sea views and is beautiful for photos, making it a great spot to watch the sunset. There's a convenient shuttle bus to Terminal 21 every half hour, and even walking isn't too far, about 15 minutes. Both the location and environment are highly recommended. The only downside is that the breakfast variety is somewhat limited compared to other hotels of the same caliber, but everything was delicious. The executive lounge accommodating children was a thoughtful service for us."

"The hotel is clean and tidy, and the grounds are well-maintained. They even vacuum the bottom of the pool with a special machine every evening. There are slides for kids. The only thing is, there are signs everywhere saying you can't bring your own food and drinks to the pool area. But since we had bungalows with terraces, it wasn't a big deal for us. The kids drank water and soda by the pool and no one said anything. Breakfasts are good – they make eggs fresh for you, and there's a station with chicken soup and noodles, which are delicious. We booked two bungalows, one for my husband and me, and one for our two teenage daughters. The girls' bungalow had a door separating the main room from the large bathroom, but ours didn't – though if you're a long-married couple, it's not a big deal... There's a TV with YouTube, a good mattress and excellent pillows, crisp fresh linens. The rooms are clean and cozy, the air conditioning works well, there's varied lighting in the room, and the curtains block out light effectively – everything is comfortable. Pool towels are handed out at the bar shack in the middle of the pool area; you just need to sign in a logbook. There are squirrels, lots of different insects, and lizards on the property. In the pool bathroom, they have cut white cotton for drying hands, which is a nice touch. Just be aware that rooms don't come with toothbrushes, toothpaste, shaving kits, or bathrobes. They do provide rubber slippers for the pool and white ones for the room, as well as umbrellas and a safe. We went to breakfast at 9:30 AM and there were no empty dishes where food had run out – that's excellent. In the evenings, the lanterns around the property are lit and it's very beautiful. Overall, a very good impression! It's a bit far from the sea, but tolerable."

"Pros: Quiet location, good service from staff. The swimming pool is clean, and the water doesn't cause itching. It has a private beach from which you can walk to the Sanctuary of Truth. The balcony is very spacious but there's no fan or tap. In-room snacks are free. The air conditioning is cold. There's Netflix, Disney+, and Prime Video. The bathroom is large with a bathtub. You can paddle a boat at the beach. Cons: The entrance road is rough and inconvenient. Food options are far away. During holidays, parking is difficult, though there is a shuttle service, which is good. Buildings right by the sea are good for staying. Buildings not by the sea have many issues. On higher floors, the water pressure in the bathroom is low. The swimming pool has no playground equipment, so children don't enjoy it much. The sea water isn't inviting for swimming. Food is a bit expensive. The sound of dragging items can be heard loudly throughout the room. Overall, it's good value for money. If you come, prepare a cooler and bring your own food, as it's hard to find and you'll have to go out to buy it. Then, upon returning, there's no parking. It's suitable for those who like peace and quiet. Those who prefer convenience and proximity to tourist attractions might find it less ideal."

"There's both indoor and outdoor parking, but no staff to assist with parking. On the day I checked in, I got a room upgrade, but I suspect it was more about keeping guests in the same building. The exterior areas felt a bit old and not very clean, but the room itself was clean. The bed was soft and comfortable, making for a good night's sleep, but the bathroom had a strange smell from the fixtures. In the pool area, they played music with a DJ during the day, and the rooms weren't soundproof. During my stay, there were three tour groups, so it was quite crowded. This meant a lot of guests came for breakfast in the morning, and the dining area felt cramped and insufficient for the number of people. The management was quite poor. Breakfast was served until 10:30 AM, but when I arrived at 9 AM, I had to wait for a table because all of them were full. I finally got a table at 9:30 AM, but by then, some food items were already gone and weren't refilled. I was really disappointed with the dining service. They should manage it better, and for me, the food wasn't very tasty either."

The hotel is a low-rise property surrounded by lush greenery, which makes the environment feel very calm and refreshing. We stayed on the 3rd floor, not far from the elevator. It was very quiet and comfortable for resting. The bed was large and very comfortable, and the room was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel itself is beautiful with several areas where you can sit and relax. The swimming pool was not crowded, which made it even more enjoyable. Breakfast offered a great variety of delicious food and was definitely worth it, just like many reviews mentioned. The shrimp were very large and tasty. Overall, it was great value for money and perfect for a relaxing stay. I would definitely come back again if I have the chance. The hotel also prepared a surprise birthday cake for my partner, which was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture. We really appreciate the hotel for making our stay even more special."

"The location is convenient, right across from 21 Shopping Mall, and it's a ten-minute walk to the beach. Alternatively, you can take a tuk-tuk along Beach Road straight to Walking Street. The hotel has a large swimming pool that never feels crowded, even with many people. The breakfast buffet has a limited selection but is delicious. The entire hotel is designed in a Thai style with bungalow-style rooms, and only a few are two-story. There's lush greenery everywhere, perfect for spending an entire afternoon relaxing at the hotel. It's highly recommended for guests who enjoy peace and quiet."
