"This is the best place to relax. I've been in Vietnam for 4 months on a winter escape, traveled to many cities, and we decided to stay here for 5 days. For the first time, I actually felt rested. Everything is beautiful, the staff treat you like a beloved family member, it's peaceful, the food is delicious, there's no rush at all. In the mornings, you can do exercises or yoga with a wonderful view – whatever you like! In the evenings, you can watch movies in the lounge above the restaurant. Snack on cookies and fruits in the evening. During the day, you can gaze at the lake, stroll around the grounds, or hike up to the mountain for a great view. This is exactly what you need to recharge. Highly recommend it."

"The staff were incredibly customer-oriented. We had a mosquito problem, they were getting into the bathroom through a gap. The staff moved us to a different room. The food was delicious. You can ask for dishes to be prepared without oil and sugar, and they will accommodate your requests. Everything was great. We'd definitely come back!"

"Where do I even begin? We extended our stay several times. During my trip I had an accident, and I can honestly say that this hotel helped me heal. Every member of the staff was so kind, caring, helpful and respectful that words are not enough to thank them. They are truly a dream team — from the reception staff, the bellboys, housekeeping, the waiters, the chef… every single person left a beautiful impression on me. The hotel is located in a dreamy place. If you are looking for peace, tranquility and beautiful views, this is definitely the place. Our room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. "We stayed for 2 nights. It's clear the hotel was once very luxurious when it was built, but unfortunately, it's rapidly falling into disrepair and its condition isn't being maintained. We had a suite with a lake view. The room was large and nice, with a big wardrobe and even an electric fireplace. However, due to humidity, the furniture was swollen, the room was damp, and the toilet smelled of sewage. The cleaning quality was poor. Breakfast was average, there wasn't even a coffee machine. We paid extra for a boat ride, which we enjoyed – it was meditative and atmospheric. We also visited the hotel's mini-zoo. We felt really sorry for the animals – skinny camels, goats crammed in large numbers into a small enclosure, and ostriches with plucked wings. One of the ostriches was carrying a girl on its back; it clearly didn't like it and was very agitated, eventually throwing her off backward at speed, right into a fence. The animals' condition was very sad. The grounds are pleasant, with lots of greenery. There's construction on the opposite bank, apparently a new hotel, with many cabins under scaffolding. This, unfortunately, spoils the whole view. The attitude towards guests was excellent. Twice, a staff member came to help me, once to catch a grasshopper and another time a huge spider in the room. They respond to every request and try their best to help with everything. Overall, we liked everything, except for the dirt, dampness, and an endless number of insects in the room."

"Well located, but a bit far from the city center for walking. Our request for separate beds was accommodated, which we appreciated. The breakfast was good and just right! The villa style perfectly captures the colonial architecture vibe. For guests considering this option, I recommend requesting a room on the second floor (ours on the ground floor was very damp)."

"The hotel is surrounded by forest, so there are no shops or cafes nearby. However, the hotel itself has a restaurant that's open until 10 PM, which is where we had dinner. On the premises, there's a spa, a gym, a warm indoor pool, and a large outdoor pool with a beautiful view. You can also play golf or pickleball. We managed to try pickleball – the court surface was a bit uneven in places, but it didn't stop us from having fun. It's especially enjoyable to play surrounded by mountains, forest, and fresh air. Perhaps the hotel could indeed benefit from a small cosmetic renovation, as mentioned in other reviews. But personally, we didn't experience any discomfort: our room was spacious, very clean, odor-free, with pristine white linens and towels. The housekeeping was also excellent. We enjoyed the breakfasts too. There's no coffee machine, but the food selection is good, and having breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view makes the morning even more pleasant. The staff is very friendly, the atmosphere at the hotel is calm and secluded, and the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel."

"We stayed in a bungalow, which was exactly the kind of accommodation we wanted, rather than a standard hotel room. We arrived from Nha Trang for one night and were quickly checked in and driven to our bungalow. The atmosphere was indescribable! Pine trees everywhere! After the beaches of Nha Trang, we were absolutely thrilled! The resort has a solid playground for kids and swings. There's also secure parking for motorbikes. Breakfast wasn't particularly varied, but there was definitely enough to get by. We would definitely come back again!"
