"We reserved a more expensive king room a very long time ago, but finally we got a double bed room on our first day without any refund, what we got is only complementary breakfast, for a couple it’s extremely bad experience.
We ask for daily cleaning and I do remind the staff at the front desk before I leave the room for journey on a day, but we found that the cleaning lady forget cleaning the room and the lady pass the buck that we put the do not disturb sign at the door handler which is not the FACT!
Also we are care about safe at lobby, but we do found tramp coming lobby for a free coffee at self serve coffee machine, hotel need to address this serious problem as soon as possible, I sincerely hope the hotel can read this review seriously and understand my disappointment."
