"Its a large complex. Lots of walking to and from things. But it still maintains charm. The rooms and materials, I found excellent. The hot spring section is nice place to hangout in the cool mountain air evenings. Hot springs don’t go above 38 Celsius though which was a bit disappointing, but still a good experience. I appreciated the late checkout at 2pm. The breakfast is a loud and rowdy affair. OK food. Walking distance to Guoqing Temple which was a great visit, although crowded like everything in China. O"

The other dishes are just average, but the price of the food is not expensive for a hotel of this level. The service needs to be improved. The front desk is quite polite, and there are souvenirs when you leave. However, I wanted two bottles of water on the first night. The room phone called the front desk but no one answered. I called the front desk phone given by Ctrip on my mobile phone to get through. We stayed for two consecutive days, but the slippers and other supplies were not replaced on the second day, so we could only use the ones on the first day. This is a bit unexpected.
