Palermo Hotels with Rooftop Pools

"The hotel has a good layout but is very dated, especially the rooms, which are in dire need of renovation, particularly the bathrooms. The air conditioning fan was extremely noisy. The bathroom light takes at least 10 seconds to switch on after pressing the button, and there's also a lack of ventilation in the bathrooms. On the positive side, it boasts a panoramic pool on the fourteenth floor, which is a consistent 2 meters deep. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were kind and professional. The property has great potential if it were to be renovated."

"I do not recommend going to Palermo at all. All hotels at the beach there are old((and this hotel too. I haven't rested in such old hotels for a long time. The only thing that saved this room was the view of the sea. But it was also darkened by the fact that we lived on the 2nd floor and the roof of the restaurant partially overlaped the review. It was necessary to walk about 1 km to the beach. But the views and nature of the hotel are really beautiful! Waves breaking about stones, flowers, mountains. Water color 😍 It is necessary to say that the room was not cheap at all. We paid $224 a night. While, for example, in Finland or Poland, we lived in rooms for $100, which were much better than that. Also, because we lived on the 2nd floor and the roof of the restaurant blocked us the view of the sea, so every evening, When people came to the restaurant for dinner, we were forced to listen to this gallege, noise for 3 hours. The only thing that was good at this hotel was its staff. Always very kind and smiling. They brought us to the room the tug as soon as I asked. At the end of the stay we were ordered a taxi and printed tickets for the plane. However, at the beginning, before our arrival, there was a strange situation on the respiratory. Somehow at 11 a.m. the manager took our passports and said he would give them only at 8 p.m. Why does he have our passports for such a long time? Usually they are just copied and returned immediately. I wanted to rumor already. But when I offered him the copies I made in advance, he returned our passports. Breakfasts were delicious, the Swedish table. The water temperature in the shower changed on its own. It was never possible to be sure it would be constantly warm. It became cold, hot on its own. It is not convenient to wash. Renovation, carpets, furniture - almost everything in this hotel is old. Good were only staff and sea view. Thank you to staff for the warm reception! They are not guilty that the hotel needs renovation."

"We had a fantastic stay at this quirky little boutique hotel in Palermo, Sicily. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Even though we showed up earlier than planned, they had no problem letting us in and went out of their way to accommodate us. We were offered a massive breakfast completely free of charge while we waited, which was such a generous touch. Not only that, but we were also invited to relax by the pool until our rooms were ready — a perfect way to unwind after traveling. The atmosphere of the place is relaxed and a bit offbeat in the best possible way — full of personality and charm. It’s rare to find a place where the customer service feels this genuine. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a warm, welcoming, and slightly unconventional stay in Palermo!"

"The customer service is good. Because the pool in the room was leaking, the staff tried their best to make arrangements. Finally, we stayed in a sea view room, opposite Piazza Italia. "La struttura è pulitissima, ben organizzata e curata, con la zona piscine e vasca Jacuzzi che è veramente un gioiellino con una vista mozzafiato su Palermo. Stanza ampia, luminosa e pulitissima. Servizio professionale e sempre attento al dettaglio. Il ristorante è di ottima qualità e varietà di scelta. Potrebbero secondo me sfruttare la zona piscina anche la sera, visto il tanto spazio e la presenza del chiosco bar, con della musica da sottofondo, e luci soffuse per un bel aperitivo o cocktail bordo piscina con vista panoramica. Creare una situazione tranquilla, rilassante, dove poter interagire con gli altri ospiti, semplice ma efficace. La posizione infatti, un poco fuori mano ti obbliga la sera a prendere l'auto o una navetta e andare a Palermo. Un consiglio, il ristorante è un po' caro, soprattutto in rapporto alla quantità delle porzioni, anche se la qualità è alta. La pizza è nella media generale. Potrebbe invogliare più ospiti a restare a cena, anche se poi devi creare qualcosa, come detto prima, per far vivere la bella struttura anche nelle ore serali. Unica nota dolente, ahimè, dopo il check out delle 11, sei obbligato ad andare via. La maggior parte delle strutture invece, ti consente di restare un'altra mezza giornata in piscina, dove tra l'altro è facile prendere delle consumazioni al bar. Questa cosa va migliorata secondo me. Volevo restare fino alle 14, per godere un'altra ora della Jacuzzi, ma nonostante ho chiesto varie volte, la cosa mi è stata negata e non insistendo, sono andato via. Tornerò sicuramente, perché mi sono trovato veramente bene. Spero che la direzione dell'hotel prenda le mie considerazioni, non come critiche, ma come consigli. Per il resto tutto veramente ottimo"

The location itself is too far from Korea, so it's hard to come unless it's a special thing, but if I come back to Palermo someday, I want to stay again. The only downside is that the water in the shower room is not properly guided, so the humidity of the whole room is high. Instead, there is a ondol that is difficult to find in Europe near the bathroom."

"We chose the old style room in the small paradise villa. Sergio greeted us warmly and our stay was very good and quiet. The villa is very close to the centre, you do need the car to get into the city but if needed you can easily get food delivered from the city. The room is a bit dark but we had everything we needed at a very good price. After checking out we were told we could still use the pool till the end of the day. Nice place to get away from the city's noise."
