"I would like to thank Jennifer the front disk because I should check out 12pm and she called me ... she woke me with the niesctest attitude and calm voice ... ( am not a morning person but really her way was flawless) She have a great customer service skills by understanding to give me 1 more hr in order to prepare myself even though they were fully booked and needed my room urgently still she did me a favour by giving me time Thank you Jennifer and house keeping Also I want to thank the language boy I dont know his name but he bring my grocery to my room Really 10 out 10 in customer service Regarding the cons The hotel is good for 1 night as a business purpose They have outside parking not in door (( in winter is good but not in summer)"

"An excellent hotel, very clean, with unlimited complimentary beach towels on the beach and by the pools, and a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall twice a day at 10:00 and 16:00. The staff is polite and eager to help, but few Russian-speaking staff can be difficult to communicate with. There's an excellent fitness center with exercise machines, table tennis, and a good sauna with a relaxation area. There's also a bowling alley, and the prices are reasonable. The hotel grounds are well-maintained but not very large. The beach is 350 meters wide. Half of the hotel grounds are villas. This is really just the pool area and the beach. There's not much to explore outside the hotel grounds, and there are no parks or squares. Breakfast offers a wide selection of dishes, including four types of scrambled eggs with various toppings: omelette, sunny-side up, poached, and fried on both sides. The food in the hotel restaurants and bars is delicious, but expensive. Across the street from the hotel entrance, there's a food court-type restaurant located on the canal bank. It offers a wide selection of restaurants. We liked the Chef Miran fish restaurant. The fish is excellent, and you can choose which fish to cook. The meat isn't as good. The prices are reasonable, and the service is excellent. I don't recommend the Shalta restaurant, which is just to the right of the entrance. The barker, Roma, speaks good Russian, is very smiling, and introduces himself as the owner. He knows how to entice you. But the food is disgusting. The Fish Market is nearby. We liked the Nesto shops, which have a good selection and are located nearby."

"Our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect for us. The apartment was spacious and the aircon brilliant.The sofa and bed comfortable and the safe was perfect to store pur passports. Staff were extremely accommodating. Cutlery and dishes were provided upon request,Water pressure was good, the amenities were great, pool clean, sauna good, towels provided separately for this area. We extended our stay with ease and had no trouble booking extra rooms for our friends. Thank you for being so flexible and accommodating to our needs. We look forward to returning soon."

"I had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Ajman Saray. The place is beautiful, especially the beach and the pool area, which made our experience truly enjoyable. What made our stay even more special was the excellent service from the hotel staff. I would especially like to thank Ms. Ashwini for processing our smooth check-in and for going the extra mile to make us happy and make the day special. Her kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude gave us a very positive impression of the hotel and made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. I definitely made the right choice to celebrate my birthday this coming May 24 at this amazing hotel. I’m so excited that my friends and relatives will also experience what I experienced and share happy moments together in such a wonderful place. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with outstanding hospitality."

"Absolutely stunning sunset beach! 🏖️ I booked a package that included two meals, and even though it was a bit pricier, it was super convenient and delicious. No need to go out looking for food – just wake up and head downstairs for breakfast, and after a day of fun on the beach, dinner was ready. Perfect for those who want to relax and do nothing. The room was spacious, exactly as pictured, and all rooms come with a balcony offering sea views. The staff's service attitude was exceptional! From the front desk to the restaurant servers and even the housekeeping staff, everyone greeted us warmly and proactively asked if we needed anything. My 3-day, 2-night stay was a truly delightful experience!"

"The service of the hotel is very good~ From check in, there is a special person to guide the welcome drink. Valet parking, help send luggage to the room, the same is a lot. The room is very clean and tidy, the pool is great, the hotel's private beach is very close and there are not many people. The only thing that feels not very good is the self-service early. The meal is not rich enough and hot meals need to be ordered instead of picked up"

"This was my second stay at the hotel. During my first stay in June, the room was not clean, so it was changed. Unfortunately, the new room was directly opposite the nightclub, and I couldn’t sleep because of the loud music. Before this stay, I contacted the hotel manager, Mr. Mustafa, explained what had happened, and he sincerely apologized and promised to make sure everything would be much better this time. However, when I arrived yesterday at around 1:00 PM and entered my room, I found that the bathroom was not clean, and the toilet was in an unacceptable condition. I contacted Mr. Mustafa again, and housekeeping was sent, but after waiting for about an hour and a half, we were finally moved to a larger and much cleaner room. I appreciate Mr. Mustafa’s professionalism, his apology, and his efforts to resolve the situation. However, I hope the hotel will improve its housekeeping standards so that guests do not have to experience these issues again."

"We spent 5 nights at the hotel in January 2026. It's a family-friendly hotel with a conveniently located pool right by the sea. The pool is heated, which was great! The rooms aren't new, but everything worked perfectly, and they were cleaned very well! The only minor drawback for us was the kids' menu in the restaurant. We would have liked to see more options, such as pizza, nuggets, and at least some sausages for lunch and dinner, as the adult food didn't always appeal to the children!"

"It was a wonderful experience with Mermaid Beach Hotel, staff was very accommodating especially Ms. Amina(my bad if I misspelled). The location is cool, nearby area is wonderful"
