"I brought my family to stay in the deluxe parent-child suite at Kaiyuan Manju Huangguoshu for two nights, and we were thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The suite was spacious and well-designed, specifically equipped with children's amenities, and decorated in a warm and playful style. The smart home system was convenient to use, and the room was meticulously cleaned. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The hotel also has a children's playground and a pet park, which my kids absolutely loved. It's very close to the Huangguoshu Scenic Area, making our travels effortless. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and Ms. Winnie, a staff member, provided warm, thoughtful, and prompt service. After visiting the waterfall, we could return to the hotel and rest assured. It's perfect for family trips, and definitely our top choice for a parent-child vacation in Huangguoshu. We'll choose to stay here again on our next trip."

"Although the hotel is a bit old, all its facilities are well-maintained, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The hotel's customer service is very responsive. The best part, however, is its incredibly prime location. At 7:00 AM, it only takes 7 minutes to get directly from the hotel's VIP通道 (VIP access) to the Shuiliandong (Water Curtain Cave) face-recognition area. Essentially, apart from hotel guests, the large crowds haven't arrived yet, so the experience is fantastic. After visiting Shuiliandong and the Grand Waterfall, you can take the escalator straight back up to the hotel, have breakfast, rest a bit, and then continue to your next destination. The hotel also offers a 'God's-eye view' panoramic observation deck of the Grand Waterfall, just a 15-minute walk away. You can choose to go in the morning when there are no crowds to enjoy the view. Overall, the sightseeing experience is very relaxed. I stayed for two nights, and both times I chose to see the sights and take photos in the morning when there were hardly any people. Around 5 PM, I used the VIP access to walk down to the Grand Waterfall, strolled to the viewing platform, and even saw a rainbow. By then, the number of tourists had significantly reduced, making for another excellent experience."

"To this day, the hotel has not offered a solution. They only called me on a landline to ask if I was feeling better. On the day of check-in, the linens were fine. The next day, when we extended our stay, we asked for a sheet change. Around 10 PM, after getting ready for bed, I rested on the bed for about half an hour and developed a small patch of red bumps. I immediately contacted the front desk. Later, a female duty manager proactively contacted me. She didn't come to inspect the linens but directly asked if I had any requests to make. By 8 AM the next morning, both of my legs were covered in an allergic reaction. I contacted the front desk again, and a male manager came. He didn't proactively offer to move us to a different room. Even after we checked out – because my child also had a fever – we left around 3 PM. Apparently, the hotel's linens are laundered by a third party. As a result, they still haven't provided a solution to this day, saying they need to report it to their superiors. The last duty supervisor who called us just asked if the leg allergy had disappeared. The worst part of this trip was staying at a hotel that carries a five-star brand, only to have issues arise and receive continuous calls without any proposed solutions. I hope everyone avoids this place."

"It was my first time staying at Jianglu and I was deeply impressed. First of all, the environment is unique and full of wildness, but the facilities are complete, including a swimming pool, study, Zen room, tea room, coffee bar, laundry room, and many experience activities, such as wax dyeing, boiling tea around the stove, making local specialties, feeding rabbits... In addition, the restaurant service is excellent, the breakfast variety is rich, and the beef rice noodles are so delicious! The prices for ordering food in the store are also very affordable. The most important thing is the meticulous service. There are multiple varieties of fruits, drinks, good night desserts, late night porridge and milk every day, and every staff member is super friendly. It is truly a secluded outdoor paradise. Even though I stayed there for three nights, I still couldn’t bear to leave."

"This hotel boasts an excellent location, less than a 5-minute walk from the No. 3 sightseeing bus stop, which is the closest stop to the scenic area. The hotel facilities are very new, and the management style resembles that of a large chain hotel. Room service is handled by robots. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the bed is very comfortable and spacious. The hotel has its own underground parking lot, making it very convenient for those traveling by car. There's a food street right across from the hotel, so dining is super easy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Huangguoshu. On our first day, we entered the park around 3 PM, avoiding the peak crowds. We visited the Great Waterfall, Doupotang, and even got a bird's-eye view, and there weren't many people around. On the second day, we woke up early and took the sightseeing bus to Tianxingqiao around 6:40 AM. It was very uncrowded, and there was no congestion at all. We had finished our visit and returned to the hotel by 9:30 AM. This off-peak travel strategy was fantastic. Huangguoshu Waterfall is definitely worth a visit; it's truly magnificent. The hotel's excellent location also contributed greatly to our experience."

"I stayed in two hotels in Huangguoshu. The two are too good to compare this. It is very new and clean. The hotel is very design. I saw the boss and stayed happily for two nights. The disposable bath towels, towels, bathtubs, toilet sets, etc. are all equipped. The children's slippers and toiletries look very good, not perfunctory, the boss and staff are very enthusiastic, although not far from the scenic spot, a short walk will arrive, but we go to Huangguoshu Scenic Area back and forth to the boss to pick us up, directly to the entrance of the scenic spot, Children like the pool the most. It is very diligent to change water. It is worthy of my choice of hotels. It is highly recommended. Like the boss 👍👍👍👍👍"
