"We didn't get to stay in the hotel, cos the hotel manager said our room got flooded and drove us to another hotel as a replacement. While I can't say for the hotel itself, I appreciate their service recovery. Tremezzo is so much more chill than Varenna ( the worst ) and Bellagio. Just that it is a bit harder to reach here if you don't drive."
