"The location is great, right across from the JR station. The room was reasonably spacious for two adults and one child. We arrived at noon, and when we got our room key and went up, we found the room was still being cleaned. We were told it wouldn't be ready until after 3 PM. The service is excellent; it's a Japanese government-designated international hospitality hotel. The most unbearable thing is the room type with two single beds in the tatami room—the layout looks really strange—and the shower water pressure is too low; a 10-minute shower took half an hour."

"Breakfast and Dinner service especially the boiled kinki fish was excellent. Onsen was just a public bath. We had an unpleasant encounter where the restroom door was accidentally locked from inside around 10pm.
