Scenic Hotels in Pasay

"This hotel is incredibly close to the airport, right across from it. I stayed on the eighth floor, and the soundproofing was decent, but it couldn't block out the motorbike noise. The service was generally good. However, there was a slight sewer smell coming from the bathroom, and the hairdryer's power was a bit weak. They offer in-room massage services, but you have to go to the front desk to pay by card immediately after your massage. The pool is shallow, with live music by the poolside, and it's quite enjoyable for a swim, but it closes at 8 PM, so you have to make the most of it. Also, despite being close to the airport (about a 20-minute walk), the pedestrian walkways aren't very convenient; you often encounter obstacles that force you onto the road. Taking a taxi would be a better option."

"i hope before mag check in ang guest all goods na po para convenient ang stay. Upon check aircon not working and basang basa yung bed :( but 4days stay still good parin naman siguro magdagdag lang po kayo ng staff since marami po kayong units para hindi mapabayaan ang maintenance and good stay ng mga guest."

"It's my first time to checked in with this hotel,but I got sad and frightened because when I checked the pillows on my room,I saw a blood on my pillow,it's really disgusting, so I call the front desk and tell him about the blood on the pillow.And he tells that he'll gonna ask the housekeeping to change it for me.This should be taking care of because in the first place,housekeeping can check it because they change pillows every room when they clean.They couldn't say that they didn't saw it,because the blood on the pillow was big,I think its a kind of laziness, because with their laziness, the hotel was seen things that would bear from the customers to go back again to their hotels.I think it was new,but why housekeeping don't do their job as good as to gove the people checking in feels comfortable and could would keep their minds that this hotel is capable to recommend to friends and relatives.I hope the management should take actions on this and be alert on their housekeeping because of their laziness,the hotels guests will get fewer and fewer.Thank you."

"Our stay at Shore Residences was really great. The place is clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We felt comfortable and relaxed the whole time. The location is also very convenient, especially if you want to go around the city. Staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even better. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"The biggest highlight is the location. It’s right across from NAIA Terminal 3 via the Runway Manila bridge, which made arrival and departure incredibly stress-free. Being within Newport World Resorts also meant easy access to restaurants, cafes, and entertainment options without needing to travel far. The room was clean and well-maintained. It’s not very spacious, but it had everything needed for a short stay: a comfortable bed, strong air conditioning, and reliable Wi-Fi. Housekeeping was consistent throughout the stay. Service was efficient and polite. Staff were helpful, especially with check-in and basic requests. Overall, it’s a great choice for a short stay, layover, or business trip, especially if proximity to the airport is a priority."

"Nice and good place to stay. The staff gave us juice while waiting for check in. Second time cx by the way, checked in back after flight again because the place is cheap but the service and place is far beyond its price."

"Room is clean and and just okay, staffs are friendly and foods in their breakfast buffet is good. However the smell of fabcon for the linens is too strong. Wifi is not also that strong, and tv is not connected to internet so you cant really enjoy watching in the tv. Their pool also is not that big and they doesn't have a kiddie pool. Overall our stay was just fine."

"We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Overall, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was decent but could definitely be improved. There were not many fruit options, and the breakfast selection mostly consisted of heavy meals like rice, noodles, sushi, and cakes. It was filling if you enjoy those kinds of breakfast foods, although it may not suit everyone. The hotel was very busy during all the days we stayed, so the breakfast area and common spaces were often crowded. Our room itself was fine — the sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was strong, and the toilet had a bidet, which was a nice touch. We also had a balcony facing Manila Bay and the swimming pool, and the view was lovely. The location was also a bit inconvenient as it is away from the city centre and main road, so we had to rely on GRAB transport services to get around. Unfortunately, the biggest downside for us was the noise. The hotel is pet-friendly, but they do not have designated floors for guests with pets. The receptionist informed us that all guests are mixed together. They also do not have a designated quiet floor. Because the walls are not very soundproof, we could clearly hear conversations from the next room, dogs barking, and children running along the corridor at night. We were unlucky to be placed near a dog that barked frequently, which made it difficult to rest and sleep properly. We reported the issue, and the staff did respond and likely spoke with the other guests, but of course it is difficult to fully control noise from children and pets. Another issue was that the lobby is located on a different floor level, so security did not seem very strict. Guests were able to bring multiple visitors into their rooms quite easily, and unfortunately some of them were noisy and loud late at night. Overall, while the staff service and the location/view were good, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and restful stay, and unfortunately we would not stay here again."
