"We stayed in a Deluxe Room, but we experienced several issues during our stay.
First, the air conditioning was set to automatic mode. Even though I tried to set the temperature to 16°C because the room was too hot, it kept returning to 28–29°C. I was unable to change or control the temperature properly.
Also, the toilet bowl was clogged. It could not flush properly, and the water was draining very slowly. I called for assistance, but instead of fixing the problem, the housekeeper only provided a toilet plunger and said that she would leave it in the room. This was very inconvenient and frustrating, especially when using the toilet. After using it, we could not use the toilet again immediately because the waste remained in the bowl due to the slow flushing.
I hope this issue can be properly addressed and that better assistance will be provided to guests in the future."
