Very Good
GGuest UserNot sure how it's got so many good reviews, maybe most of the reviewers have never really travelled before.
This place is very money orientated, its not cheap for what you get. We checked in 12:30pm and was told they would waive the early check-in fee which was good however not in 40 years of travel have I ever been charged if the room was available and it wasnt 7am. Different story on check out day I only wanted to use the pool showers to freshen up as we had a late flight and was told Id have to pay 3000 pesos for a late checkout until 6pm. Again everywhere I've stayed in the past would let me sit by the pool and hang out at the hotel after checkout till my flight. The rooms were poor with no duvet, just the very unhygienic wrap some sheets around a common blanket method. Some of the power points and usbs didn't work. Mini bar was empty. There wasn't enough space for two suitcases. The room service was western prices, the free water wasnt really enough to wash your teeth and a coffee. The doors were extremely noisy closing and ours had a big gap underneath and down the side letting noise and light in. The corridors were also very noisy. The road noise was very loud too. The pool was very old and tired, you wouldn't want to sit up there anyway as the disco music was so very loud it just want nice ambience. The location is good but it stinks so bad next to Manila bay. Budget Wyndham or not it doesn't match the price tag.

Good
GGuest UserBooked a hour before check in because the previous hotel we booked dont answer calls. Good that front desk is 24hrs. Great location very near to PICC
AAnonymous UserThe room is comportable for family of three and had a great view The staffs are helpful and welcoming. The place is perfect for exploring manila.
GGuest UserWe stayed at Then Selah Garden Hotel for one night with my wife and our child. The location is acceptable, but the hotel is not particularly classy. The amenities are limited, with only an outdoor swimming pool available.
For me, the price is not very favorable considering what is offered. The parking area is quite small and operates on a first come, first served basis, which can be inconvenient.
Overall, the stay was decent and manageable, but it is not really worth the price. There is room for improvement.
SSvetlana SolnyshkinaFor this money, everything is great. The staff is great. The issues with luggage were resolved perfectly. The only thing I saw was a cockroach. It's good for an overnight stay between flights.
PPetokWe appreciated the excellent location, with a great view of the airport from the balcony. However, we encountered a few issues that affected our stay. The balcony can get quite hot, possibly due to the air conditioning units. Additionally, we noticed that some amenities were not provided, such as free water, slippers, toothbrush, and toothpaste.
The balcony door was also quite heavy and difficult to open and close. Furthermore, the WiFi information displayed in the room was outdated, and we had trouble connecting due to the incorrect username and frequency (it should be 2.4G instead of 5G). The TV was also not functioning properly.
Despite these issues, the location remains a highlight. With a few adjustments to the amenities and maintenance, this place could be even more enjoyable.
BBrett& JenniferOur stay at Plam Tree once again was just as we expected, great friendly staff and service. Unit in excellent condition and great location near the airport and shop's. Will be back again as we have many times before.
RRichelle ManacopSo nice to stay at the Shore staycation. Very simple and the amenities is really necessary in times of need. Near at MOA riding the jeep had some fun because there's no kind of that transportation in Japan.

May mabahong amoy, amoy usok sigarilyo. Siguro sa filter na ata ng ACU yon. Yet ok naman sana ACU, malamig naman.
Walang remote ang TV, kaya hindi makapanood.
Gumagana naman ibang appliances, nagamit naman namin microwave, washing machin, e-fan.
Wala lang tissue and kahit bottled water man lang or coffee, sira din electric kettle.
Mukhang used din yung beddings, hindi man lang pinalitan ng bago or kahit bagong laba man lang for hygiene. Tiis tiis nalang, no choice na, kasi ayaw na magpa cancel ni owner. Sayang din binayad.

GgguttiThere is a shopping mall called Mall Asia nearby, and there are Japanese restaurants, Chinese restaurants, and Shabu Shabu restaurants on the first floor, so the infrastructure is good. There are many convenience facilities on the first floor, such as a convenience store, massage shop, and beauty salon. There are many options, and the rooms are large and the ceiling is high, so it doesn't feel stuffy. It's good value for money.
